Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a wood-clad sound absorbing panel, and more particularly, to a wood-clad sound-absorbing panel which is made by bonding a fabric to an upper surface of a wood- So that the appearance of the wood-finished sound-absorbing plate can be enhanced.
In recent years, the importance of architectural sound design has been increasing as the level of living has improved and the pleasant cultural life has become increasingly demanded.
Therefore, in public places such as auditoriums, theaters, concert halls, music rooms, etc., there is soundproofing which prevents sound from being transmitted to the outside or external sound from entering. In addition, It can be seen that it has a sound absorbing facility for eliminating the phenomenon.
In addition to the above-mentioned public facilities, it also prevents the noise or vibration generated in the house from being transmitted to the next house, the lower house, and the upper house even in a residential apartment house such as an apartment. On the other hand, And has a sound-proofing facility for blocking inflow.
The sound-absorbing panel, which is widely used as one of such sound-absorbing and sound-absorbing facilities, is installed on a ceiling or a wall surface of a building, so that noise generated in the room is reflected or absorbed to reduce noise.
And since these sound-absorbing panels do not use a separate finishing material after construction, the interior aspect should also be considered.
Conventional general sound-absorbing panels can be classified into two types, one in which a plain fabric is coated on a plate-like inorganic fiber plate such as a rock surface or a glass surface having an appropriate cushion, or a case in which a large number of small holes are formed on the surface of a wood panel is used as a sound- Can be seen.
However, conventional inorganic fiber materials such as rock wool and glass wool are deteriorated as time elapses, resulting in deterioration of the panel itself, as well as pollution and environmental problems.
In addition, in the case of a sound-absorbing panel having a small punched hole formed in a wood panel, the appearance of the sound-absorbing panel is not good when used as an interior material for a building, thereby deteriorating the interior of the building.
Accordingly, the wood panel has a decorative film on the surface thereof, and finishes by applying a decorative film. The surface of the wood panel is pierced with a drill or a machine tool to have a sound absorbing function. However, the wood panel has poor texture as a finishing material, There are disadvantages that are not free.
Meanwhile, a prior art of such a sound-absorbing panel will be described as follows.
Korean Utility Model Application Publication No. 20-2011-0004627 discloses that a sound absorbing material made of nonwoven fabric or glass fiber is attached to the back surface of a sound absorbing panel body having a plurality of punched holes so that the dust generated from the ceiling or the outside is deposited directly on the panel body So that the sound absorption performance is not lowered.
Korean Patent No. 10-0266856 also discloses that a panel is coated with a fiber yarn to manufacture a sound-absorbing panel, so that the sound-absorbing performance is excellent, but it does not cause pollution.
However, these precedent documents also have the disadvantage that only the performance of the sound - absorbing panel is considered, and the interior is not considered as the interior finishing material.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to solve the problems of the conventional wooden sound-absorbing panel described above, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a sound-absorbing panel which is manufactured by punching a wooden panel, Of course, to make the texture better.
It is also environmentally friendly and minimizes the generation of toxic fumes in the event of a fire.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
In the case of a conventional wooden sound absorbing panel, it is possible to simply insert a medium density fibreboard (MDF) so as to have a sound absorbing performance, to attach a deco film to the surface of the MDF, to perforate it, to paint the surface of the MDF .
However, such a conventional sound absorbing panel of wood has a disadvantage in that it is not good in appearance and is not good in color and texture when used as an inner wall or ceiling finishing material, resulting in poor interior effect.
Accordingly, the present invention proposes a wooden sound absorbing panel using a fabric as a finishing material to solve the problems of such conventional wooden sound absorbing panels. When a conventional fabric is used as a finish material for a wood sound absorbing panel, the fabric is directly adhered to the surface of the sound absorbing panel, and the fabric is not used by being punched. When the fabric is not punched, the fabric covers the tread of the perforated plate, The sound absorption effect of the speaker is deteriorated.
For this purpose, the present invention provides a wood punched board having a plurality of treads formed thereon, a fabric bonded to the top surface of the wood perforated plate and having a plurality of treads, wherein the tread of the wood perforated plate and the tread of the fabric So that their positions coincide with each other.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 to 5, the present invention comprises a wood perforated
On the surface of the wood perforated
The powder has a flame retardant property. In particular, since loess has fine pores, it has an advantage of absorbing moisture and inhaling malodorous components.
The coating agent is preferably composed of 40 to 100 parts by weight of powder, 3 to 15 parts by weight of water-soluble epoxy resin, 45 to 65 parts by weight of water, 10 to 20 parts by weight of dispersant, and 2 to 10 parts by weight of Korean paper.
When the powder is contained in an amount of less than 40 parts by weight, the flame retardant function is deteriorated. When the amount of the powder is more than 100 parts by weight, it is difficult to dissolve in water.
If the amount of the water-soluble epoxy resin is less than 3 parts by weight, the curing performance of the coating agent is deteriorated. If the amount is more than 15 parts by weight, the coating agent hardens and the coating layer is difficult to form.
When the amount of water is less than 45 parts by weight, the dispersing effect is deteriorated. When the amount is more than 65 parts by weight, the coating agent is diluted and the flame retardant function is deteriorated.
If the amount of the paper is less than 2 parts by weight, the binding force between the powder and the water-soluble epoxy resin is not affected. If the amount is more than 10 parts by weight, the flame retardant function is deteriorated.
The
In the present invention, a plurality of ridges are formed by perforating a wood perforated
1 and 2, a wood punched
On the other hand, as the
In the present invention, a method of coating a polyester yarn using the polyvinyl chloride resin and a method of forming such a yarn are well known and will not be described in detail.
Also, even if the
Here, the processing using the indirect heat is a process of melting the unwoven fabric of the
3 and 4, the surface of the wood
At this time, the
It is a matter of course that the rudder should be treated indirectly around the
As described above, since the
6 and 7, in order to further improve the sound absorption performance of the
It is preferable that a plurality of through
Further, a
As described above, when a separate sound-absorbing
