Description

Multifunctional Antibacterial kitchen board using both faces having lateral inclined structure}

The present invention relates to an antimicrobial double-sided chopping board having a side slope structure.

Chopping boards serve as a base for processing food such as meat, fish, vegetables, etc. with a knife or a cooking bat. Traditional cutting boards are made of wood and have a flat machined part of constant thickness and rectangular shape. One side of the cutting board is used for the processing of the material, and it is common that two legs supporting the cutting board are attached to both edges of the other surface.

Therefore, meat, fish, vegetables, and the like, which differ in their properties as described above, are processed together in one cutting board. Hygiene problems were pointed out in this way. In other words, meat, fish, etc. are less contaminated with bacteria such as bacteria by boiling and roasting them, but especially vegetables, which are eaten raw without being cooked, such as salads, come from processed meat. It could be contaminated with bacteria. Of course, although the chopping board is cleaned after use, such cleaning may not be sufficient. This is especially true when busy, such as when you need to prepare a large amount of food.

In view of this problem, a cutting board that can use both sides has been developed, but when the one side is used, the other side is contaminated by touching the bottom surface on which the cutting board is placed, which causes another hygiene problem and the other side again. It was a real hesitation to use.

In addition, there is no distinction between the surface for processing meat mainly and the surface for processing vegetables, which leads to indistinguishability from traditional cutting boards using only a single conventional surface. Moreover, such a double-sided cutting board could not be stably supported on the bottom surface, and it was troublesome to frequently move the position of the cutting board to the desired place in use. Furthermore, there is room for improvement in the problem that the impact is transmitted to the user as it is in direct contact with the floor surface when a constant force is applied as in the case of a knife in the cutting board.

On the other hand, cutting boards, vegetables, fish meat, ocean and other kinds of food, cutting, pounding and chopping, so that they are always exposed to moisture and green juice or blood and juice, and to cook animal meat or fast-corrupted fish, etc. When working, pollution is inevitable. The sanitary authorities sterilize the cutting board with boiling water and then sterilize it for a long time in the sun.The cleanliness and hygiene of the cutting board is not kept well due to the busy schedule of the cooking room. Is very high.

When an organic antimicrobial agent is added to prepare a cutting board, there is a concern that secondary contamination or body side effects by the organic antimicrobial agent is concerned, and therefore, some antimicrobial cutting boards using environmentally friendly silver antimicrobial agents have been proposed. However, silver-based antimicrobial agents such as silver nanoparticles have poor compatibility with plastics, which makes it difficult to homogeneously disperse and thereby more difficult to produce a cutting board having satisfactory antimicrobial activity.

For this reason, there has been a continuous demand for developing a double-sided cutting board having various convenience functions and eco-friendly silver-based antimicrobial agents having high antibacterial activity even at low concentrations.

An object of the present invention is to provide an antimicrobial double-sided chopping board having rubber holders on both cutting surfaces and having an inclined structure on its side.

Specifically, an object of the present invention is to provide an antimicrobial double-sided chopping board having a side slope structure, which is manufactured by injecting an antimicrobial polymer composite material containing 50 to 200 ppm of silver-based antimicrobial agent, and rubber holders are provided on both cutting surfaces. .

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 is a schematic view showing a schematic view of a double-sided cutting board according to the present invention, 1 is a cutting board, 2 and 3 are cutting boards, 4 and 5 are inclined sides, 6 is a rubber holder.

Figure 2 is a schematic diagram showing various modifications of the lateral inclination structure, (a) is the case where both side inclination angles are θ, (b) is when both side inclination angles are different, (c) is a part of the inclined surface Has a different form.

Figure 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a double-sided cutting board according to the present invention, showing an example of the rubber holder 6 and the installation hole, 7 shows a broth flow preventing groove provided on the cutting surface.

4 is a view for explaining the utility of the side inclination angle when using the double-sided cutting board according to the present invention.

In the present invention, the side inclined structure, as can be seen in the accompanying Figure 1, means that one side and the opposite side of the cutting board is inclined at an oblique angle, not perpendicular to the cutting surface. In the lateral inclination structure, when the lateral inclination angle θ is an angle formed between the cutting surface and the side surface (shown in FIG. 2), the general cutting board has a side inclination angle of about 90 degrees, but in the present invention, the side inclination angle θ is 30 degrees. -80 degrees, Preferably it is 45-80 degree, Especially it is 60-80 degree.

As shown in Figure 1, the side slope structure is installed on the side of the user side, the user is located on the inclined side (4) when using the chopping surface (2). When using the cutting surface 3 (not shown in FIG. 1, opposite to the cutting surface 2), the user is positioned on the inclined side 5.

As shown in FIG. 2, the side slope angles may be the same or different on both sides. Figure 2 (a) is the same on both sides of the inclination angle, Figure 2 (b) is a case in which both side inclination angles are different. According to one variant of the invention, part of the inclined side may have another side. The inclined side may have a rounded or polygonal shape to the extent that it does not impair the advantages of the present invention, and a part of the inclined side may be made at an angle different from that of the inclined side. For example, FIG. 2C shows a case where a part of the inclined side surface is treated as a vertical surface. In consideration of various aspects such as the use conditions of both cutting surfaces, cutting cleaning conditions, storage, and the like, the angle and structure of the inclined side may be modified in various ways, and both may be configured identically or differently.

Such a side slope structure is very useful when transferring the processed material to the cooking utensils, for example, there is an advantage that the ingredients do not adhere to the side of the cutting board when the cooking utensils in contact with the side or the bottom of the cutting board. 4 is a diagram illustrating the advantages of using such a side slope structure. Although there is some application of side slopes in traditional thick wooden cutting boards, it is understood that no side slopes have been applied or proposed in double sided cutting boards.

In the present invention, rubber holders attached to both cutting surfaces are installed at both ends or four corners of the cutting surface as shown in FIG. 1 to prevent the sliding of the cutting board during use. The cutting board rubber holder may form a lower support of the cutting board as necessary to prevent contact between the lower cutting surface and the floor, thereby preventing contamination of the cutting surface. As shown in the schematic cross-sectional view of the double-sided cutting board according to the present invention of Figure 3, the rubber holder of the cutting surface may be respectively installed on both sides of the cutting board or may be integrated through the through hole.

It is conventionally known to add an antimicrobial agent to a cutting board and to provide antimicrobial property to a cutting board. The use of organic antimicrobial agents as antimicrobial agents is not only long lasting antimicrobial effect given to the cutting board but also can cause weakening (reading of drugs) in human body. Particles or colloids are used. Unlike organic antimicrobials, silver-based antimicrobials are environmentally friendly and have few side effects to the human body, so adding a significant amount of silver-based antimicrobials to cutting boards has little effect on the human body.

However, it is desirable to achieve complete antimicrobial activity using as few silver nanoparticles or colloids as possible, depending on the psychological factors of the user, the economics of the manufacturer, and the aesthetics of the product.

However, silver-based inorganic antimicrobials such as silver nanoparticles or colloids are difficult to disperse without aggregation because of poor compatibility with the polymer. Therefore, in order to obtain a satisfactory antimicrobial effect, it is common to add a silver antimicrobial agent in a considerable amount of several hundred ppm or more.

Korean Patent Application Nos. 10-2004-0016124, 10-2005-0013360, 10-2005-0023873, and 10-2006-0041257 by the inventors of the present invention disperse homogeneously disperse silver nanoparticles or colloids in a polymer Disclosed is the preparation of antimicrobial composites of particle-polymers. According to the method described in the patent application and the patent specification, even when applied to a planar material, an antimicrobial composite material exhibiting an antimicrobial activity of 99.9% or more even at 200 ppm or less, preferably 150 ppm or less, particularly 100 ppm or less can be obtained. have. In the present invention, by using the antimicrobial composite material obtained according to the method described in the specification of the above-described patent and patent application and improved methods thereof, it is possible to produce an antimicrobial chopping board with excellent antimicrobial activity even at a low antimicrobial content. For reference, the contents of the patent application and the patent specification are incorporated by reference in the present invention.

The antimicrobial double-sided chopping board according to the present invention contains silver-based antimicrobial agents such as silver nanoparticles or colloids at 50 to 500 ppm, particularly 70 to 200 ppm, preferably 100 to 150 ppm. As silver-based antimicrobial agents, mention may be made of silver nanoparticles or colloids having a particle size of 2 to 100 nm, or particulate inorganic compounds carrying silver compounds (e.g., alumina, silica, titania, zirconia, hydroxyapatite, zirconium phosphate compounds). have. As the silver compound, silver (Ag) itself, silver oxide, silver chloride, silver bromide, silver acetate, silver nitrate and the like can be mentioned.

According to one preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rubber holder placed on the cutting surface is also made of an antimicrobial composite material. In general, since the rubber holder is not easy to detach and where the rubber holder is placed, it is difficult to clean, and thus, foreign substances are easily caught where the rubber holder is placed, thereby allowing bacteria to grow better. Therefore, in the present invention, the antimicrobial activity of the double-sided cutting board can be improved by also performing the antimicrobial treatment on the rubber holder.

According to one variant of the invention, the cutting surface may be provided with a broth flow prevention groove (7) so that the liquid material from the food does not flow down. The depth and width of the broth flow preventing groove 7 can be appropriately determined by those skilled in the art as necessary.

In the present invention, the size and thickness of the cutting board is not limited, and generally has the size of the cutting board used. If the thickness of the cutting board is thick, the antimicrobial material may be applied only to the outside or the surface of the cutting board.

According to the present invention, an antimicrobial polymer composite material containing 50 to 200 ppm of a silver antimicrobial agent is injected and manufactured, and both cutting surfaces can be used, rubber holders are provided on the cutting surface, and a sloped structure is provided on the side. It is provided with an antimicrobial double-sided chopping board having various convenience functions.

The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to examples.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, a polypropylene composite material containing silver nanoparticles in an amount of 100 ppm, 150 ppm and 200 ppm, respectively, was injected at a temperature of about 200 ° C. to prepare an antimicrobial chopping board. A rubber holder prepared separately was attached to complete the antibacterial cutting board. For the antimicrobial chopping boards prepared above, Escherichia coli (E-coli) ATCC 25922 was tested for antimicrobial activity by the film compression method, and all showed excellent antimicrobial activity of 99.9% or more.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and it should be understood that variations or modifications that can be easily made by the present inventors or those skilled in the art do not depart from the scope of the present invention.

According to the present invention, the antimicrobial polymer composite material is manufactured by injection molding, which has antimicrobial properties, both cutting surfaces can be used, rubber holders are provided on the cutting surface, and the inclined structure is provided on the side, and has various convenience functions.
