Description
Claims (8)
- 용융수지가 이동하는 러너가 형성된 밸브노즐몸체를 구비하고, 밸브노즐몸체의 선단에 용융수지가 금형으로 주입되는 게이트가 구비되며, 상기 게이트는 밸브노즐몸체의 중심에서 편심되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형을 위한 핫러너 밸브노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서,게이트를 개폐하는 밸브핀이 이동하는 핀작동홀이 밸브노즐몸체의 중심에서 편심되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형을 위한 핫러너 밸브노즐.
- 제2항에 있어서,핀작동홀 및 러너는 각각 독립적으로 형성되되 게이트에 인접하여 핀작동홀과 러너가 연통되는 토출공간부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형을 위한 핫러너 밸브노즐.
- 제3항에 있어서,히터로부터 토출공간부로 전달되는 열을 용융수지에 전달하는 슬리브가 토출공간부의 내측벽에 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형을 위한 핫러너 밸브노즐.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 슬리브는 베릴륨(Be)으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형을 위한 핫러너 밸브노즐.
- 제2항 내지 제5항에 있어서,상기 러너를 중심으로 핀작동홀의 반대편에 히터가 구비되고, 히터와 러너의 사이에는 히터로부터의 열전달 경로를 우회시키기 위한 도피공간부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형을 위한 핫러너 밸브노즐.
- 제6항에 있어서,게이트의 선단 외주면에 세라믹으로 형성된 인서트링이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형을 위한 핫러너 밸브노즐.
- 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서,밸브노즐몸체는 매니폴드에 피스결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형을 위한 핫러너 밸브노즐.
