Claims (5)
- 표준 시편의 측정 데이터의 리사주도형 및 스트립차트를 생성하여 X축 및 Y축 좌표값으로 입력하고,시험체에 대한 와전류탐상을 실시하여 측정된 데이터의 리사주도형 및 스트립차트를 생성하여 X축 및 Y축 좌표값으로 입력하고,표준 시편의 측정 데이터의 리사주도형 및 스트립차트와 시험체의 측정 데이터의 리사주도형 및 스트립차트를 동일한 조건으로 조정하고,시험체의 측정 데이터의 리사주도형 및 스트립차트로부터 표준 시편의 측정 데이터의 리사주도형 및 스트립차트 성분을 합성하여 형성된 새로운 신호 성분을 분석하여 결함유무 또는 재질 변화를 판단하는 과정을 포함하는 와전류탐상 데이터 분석방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 리사주도형은 신호의 크기와 감도에 대하여 동일한 조건으로 조정을 행하고,상기 스트립차트는 신호의 속도와 크기에 대하여 동일한 조건으로 조정을 행하는 와전류탐상 데이터 분석방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 표준 시편 또는 시험체의 측정 데이터는 실시간으로 측정된 데이터 또는 기존에 측정하여 얻어진 데이터를 사용하는 와전류탐상 데이터 분석방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 표준 시편 또는 시험체의 측정 데이터는 측정하여 얻어진 리사주도형 및 스트립차트에 대한 이미지파일을 사용하는 와전류탐상 데이터 분석방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한항에 있어서,상기 리사주도형 및 스트립차트는 둘중 어느 하나만 입력하고 다른 하나는 자동으로 생성하여 사용하는 와전류탐상 데이터 분석방법.
