Claims (3)
- 휘발성 유기화합물 및 악취오염원을 함유하는 폐가스를 처리하기 위하여 폐가스를 도입하는 폐가스 블로워(7)와 실시간 농도분석기(13)로 이루어진 도입장치;휘발성 유기화합물 및 악취오염원을 함유하는 폐가스를 처리하기 위하여 폐가스를 도입하는 UV(또는 VIS-)/광촉매반응기 운전 중에 세척액 스프레이(3)로 세척액을 광촉매반응기(1) 내부의 상부에서 살수시켜서 광촉매담체층을 통과한 상향 처리폐가스와 접촉하여 오염원을 흡수하는, 스프레이(3)를 포함한 동시재생식 UV(또는 VIS-)/광촉매반응기(1)의 상부의 흡수장치;오염원을 함유한 폐가스를 산화처리하고 비 활성화되어 광촉매세척으로 재생됨과 동시에 세척수에 흡수된 오염원을 광촉매반응에 의하여 산화 분해시켜서 세척수를 정화시키는, 유체와 접촉표면적을 크게 하기위하여 설계된 광촉매담체가 충전된 동시재생식 UV(또는 VIS-)/ 광촉매반응기(1)의 광촉매담체(25) 층;으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 악취 또는 휘발성유기화합물을 함유한 대기나 폐가스를 처리하는 장치
- 제 1항에 있어서 상기 동시재생식 UV(또는 VIS-)/광촉매반응기에 세척액 개폐밸브, 세척액 순환펌프, 세척액 탱크로 이루어진 세척액 재순환 장치를 부가한;동시재생식 UV(또는 VIS-)/광촉매반응기 운전 중에 세척액순환이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 악취 또는 휘발성유기화합물을 함유한 대기나 폐가스를 처리하는 장치
- 제 1항에 있어서 상기 동시재생식 VIS-광촉매반응기는 외부의 가시광선이나 태양광선이 VIS-광촉매반응기 내부로 도달하도록 투명한 유리, 플라스틱과 같은 투명한 재질로 이루어진, VIS-광원을 활용하는 VIS-광촉매반응기의 외경을 특징으로 하는 악취 또는 휘발성유기화합물을 함유한 대기나 폐가스를 처리하는 장치
