The continuous member is wound to a roll shape on a rod member.

Description

Disposable Gloves Set {Disposable Gloves Set}

The present invention relates to a disposable glove set, and more particularly, to a disposable glove set that can be used by easily cutting off disposable gloves from a plastic packet.

Disposable gloves can be used for sanitary cooking and handling of foods such as kimchi, herbs and fish, and for handling various pollutants such as hair dyeing, paperwork, painting, car washing, chemical experiments, flower care, and harmful substances. It is used to protect it.

In general, disposable gloves are discarded after single use because they are not reused for sanitary treatment, unlike rubber gloves, which require elasticity and durability. For this reason, disposable gloves generally use a synthetic resin vinyl sheet having a thin thickness of about 0.003 mm, and a pair of vinyl sheets are adhered to each other, so that a large amount of 120 pieces are molded per minute.

Conventional disposable gloves are molded and produced in single sheets, respectively, and packaged in a predetermined bundle in a predetermined packaging container.

However, since the conventional disposable gloves are packaged in a large amount of disposable gloves in a packaging container, when the user takes out the disposable gloves urgently, a large amount of disposable gloves are taken out at a time due to static electricity, which may cause inconvenience. .

In addition, since other disposable gloves that do not need to be taken out of the packaging container come with it, there is a problem that storage may be inconvenient because the disposable gloves are messed up in the packaging container.

On the other hand, since disposable gloves are provided in a single sheet, the disposable gloves may be blown away by wind if they are used unpacked, thereby increasing the cost of packaging.

An object of the present invention is to provide a disposable glove set that can be conveniently used by cutting and using a disposable glove provided continuously.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a disposable glove set that can be conveniently stored.

Still another object of the present invention is to provide a disposable glove set that can be used without a separate packaging, thereby reducing the cost of packaging.

In accordance with the present invention, in the disposable glove set, at least two layers of continuous members may be repeatedly formed corresponding to the shape of the hand to form a perforated line and a seam to separate one by one along the perforated line can be used as a disposable glove. Is achieved by a set of disposable gloves.

Here, the continuous member is preferably wound in a rod member and wound in the form of a roll.

The continuous member wound around the rod member is preferably housed in a case.

The continuous member is preferably accommodated in the case in a zigzag stacked state.

And the appearance of the case is preferably in the shape of a polygonal pillar.

According to the present invention, it can be conveniently used by cutting out and using the disposable gloves continuously provided.

In addition, the disposable gloves set can be conveniently stored.

Furthermore, the cost of packaging can be reduced by allowing it to be used without a separate packaging.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Disposable gloves set 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, a continuous member 110, a cut line 120, and a suture 130.

The continuous member 110, as shown in Figure 1, is provided in the longitudinal direction, it is preferable that the hand opening 111 that can put the hand to at least one end is formed at at least one end.

The continuous member 110 is made of synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, and the like, and is formed through inflation extrusion, and is preferably provided to a predetermined size so as to have a substantially cylindrical shape when opening the openings at both ends in the longitudinal direction. As an embodiment of the present invention, the material of the continuous member 110 is described as being a synthetic resin containing polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, etc., as another embodiment of the present invention, the material of the continuous member 110 is limited thereto. It is enough that a material capable of forming vinyl can be used.

That is, in one embodiment of the present invention, the continuous member 110, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the area corresponding to the finger end of the disposable glove relative to the perforation line 120 is a heat or compression seal ( A sealed seam 130 is formed, and the area corresponding to the wrist of the disposable glove is preferably a portion forming the periphery of the hand opening 111.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the continuous member 110 is described as being integrally formed to have a cylindrical shape in a state in which the openings at both ends are extended in the longitudinal direction, but as another embodiment of the present invention, a pair of vinyl In a state in which the members overlap each other, both ends in the horizontal direction in the longitudinal direction may be provided in a form joined by a continuous suture line (not shown) joined side by side in the longitudinal direction. In other words. It is preferable that the tear line 120 and the suture line 130 are repeatedly formed to correspond to the shape of the hand in the continuous member 110 having at least two layers so that the disposable gloves can be cut and used one by one along the tear line 120.

In addition, as an embodiment of the present invention, the material of the continuous member 110 is described as including a polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, etc. to form a vinyl, as another embodiment of the present invention, The material may include various materials including paper.

As shown in FIG. 1, the tear line 120 is continuously formed in the continuous member 110 to correspond to the shape of a human hand so that the disposable glove may be cut into the sheet from the continuous member 110.

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figure 1, the cutting line 120 is a continuous member along the longitudinal direction of the continuous member 110 so that disposable gloves can be cut along the longitudinal direction of the continuous member 110 It is formed in a plurality at a predetermined interval on the 110, is provided so that even between each finger. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 2, the disposable glove may be cut between the fingers after the disposable glove is cut, thereby making it more convenient to use.

Cut line 120 is, as shown in Figure 1 and 2 as an embodiment of the present invention, the perforated densely in the form of diagonal lines in the horizontal direction in the longitudinal direction of the continuous member 110, where the cross between the fingers It may be provided in a form that is cut off but not approximately two places, or, as another embodiment of the present invention, a portion that cuts between the fingers may be provided in a cut form.

On the other hand, as another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figure 3, the additional cut line 121 so that a predetermined interval formed disposable gloves can be further cut in a straight line across the longitudinal direction of the continuous member (110). The continuous member 110 may be provided in plural. The additional cut line 121 is preferably provided to be cut even with a smaller force than the cut line 120. Accordingly, when the disposable glove is cut from the continuous member 110, it may be first cut along the additional cut line 121 rather than the cut line 120 of the finger portion.

Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 4, the wrist portion of the disposable glove may be neatly cut without leaving the shape of the finger as shown in FIG. 2.

In addition, as illustrated in FIG. 5, the cutout line 120 may be formed in plural at regular intervals so as to correspond to the shape of the hand continuously disposed in the horizontal direction in the longitudinal direction of the continuous member 110. As shown, it may be formed every predetermined section to correspond to the shape of the hand alternately arranged in the horizontal direction in the longitudinal direction of the continuous member (110).

Accordingly, the disposable gloves continuously provided on the continuous member 110, such as a vinyl packet, can be easily cut off from the continuous member 110 and used conveniently.

1 and 3, the suture line 130 is heat or compression sealing along the perforation line 120 at a position adjacent to the inward direction of the human hand from the perforation line 120 in the continuous member 110. To prevent the end of both sides of the continuous member 110 facing each other in the vertical direction after being cut apart from each other. Accordingly, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, even after cutting the disposable gloves from the continuous member 110, the finger portions of the disposable gloves may be cut, respectively, to maintain a closed state.

Accordingly, the disposable gloves can be conveniently cut from the continuous member 110, so that the disposable gloves set 100 can be used without a separate packaging, thereby reducing the cost of packaging.

Meanwhile, the disposable glove set 100 according to the present invention further includes a rod member 150 wound up so that the continuous member 110 can be wound and used in the form of a roll, as shown in FIG. 7. It may be.
