【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は、ガーゼホルダに関するものであり、更に詳しくは手術に用いた使用済みガーゼを体内に取り残しなく、安全に且つ簡便に取り出して収納する使用済みガーゼホルダに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
胸部の手術など多くの手術において、多量のガーゼが使用されるが、使用したガーゼのすべてを取り出すには、細心の注意を必要とする。体内で、ガーゼが血液などの体液を十分に吸収して判別が難しくなり、短時間で判別して間違いなく取り出すのは大変な作業である。そのため大きな手術では、時々取り忘れが起こっている。

このような問題の解決のために、たとえば、特開昭６３−１４３０５３、特開平６−３８９８０に記載されたように、大掛かりな装置を用いて、使用済みのガーゼをカウントして、取り忘れを防止することが行われている。しかし、取り扱いの大変さと費用の観点から、この簡便化が望まれている。

たとえば、実開平２−１４１３３４、実開平６−１１７０８などに記載されているように、基板に設けられたガーゼ収納部に使用済みガーゼを収納させることにより、基板にあらかじめ設けられた収納部の特定された数から、カウントが容易になり、使用時の枚数と収納された枚数との比較で、容易に取り残しが見つけられる工夫がされている。本考案は、この簡便化されたガーゼホルダの改良に関するもので、実開平２−１４１３３４、実開平６−１１７０８に開示された技術思想、ガーゼホルダの構造がそのまま利用できる利点も有している。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
公知の簡便化されたガーゼホルダは、大掛かりな装置を必要とせずに簡単に使用済みガーゼの回収枚数をカウントできる優れたホルダである。従って、病院において、製品価値は十分に評価されている。しかしながら、多量に血液などの体液を吸収したガーゼは、数枚が貼り付いてなかなか一枚に剥すことが出来なかったり、そのために収納部に収納させるのに時間と経験を要するとか、その多量の体液が溢れ出すなどの改善点があって、これらの改良が望まれている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は、かかる状況に鑑みなされたもので、一枚のガーゼを収納するのにほぼ必要十分な容積量の収納部を基板に複数設け、前記収納部を覆う蓋を設置するとともに、前記収納部の個々に対応する前記蓋の個々の中心部に前記ガーゼを収納する入り口を構成する複数の切り込みを設けたことを特徴とするガーゼホルダが、前記問題解決のために非常に有用であることを見出した。

【考案の実施の態様】
上記において、前記蓋は、透明なものが望ましい関係で、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンなどの合成樹脂が好ましく望まれ、公害などを考慮し、また処理後の廃棄処分、焼却処分などを考慮することが望ましい。前記蓋は、それぞれ個々に作られ、対応する前期収納部の個々の周辺部に接着させることができる。たとえば、前記基板と前記収納部が前記実開平に記載された材質のうち、熱融着可能な材質を選択し、たとえばポリエチレンを選択し、蓋素材として同一の素材を選択したときには、熱融着で前記周辺部の一部または全部で接合できる。この接合は、超音波接着も利用できる。もちろん、接着剤を用いても良いし、凹凸係合での機械的な結合を用いることもできる。たとえば、前記基板に凸部を設け、前記蓋に凹部を設けて、これらの凹凸でしっかり係合させることができる。また、前記蓋は複数の蓋を集合的一体的に構成し、一枚の板のように構成することもでき、このときには、前記蓋を有する板の一端と前記基板の一端とを一体的に構成し、それぞれの他端に凹凸を形成し、この係合で、前記基盤に前記蓋を固定することもできる。

前記基板に設けられる前記収納部は、複数個であるが、計算のしやすさから（扱いやすさから）、１０個、２０個、３０個などの数が好ましい。勿論、組み合わせて数えやすくすることも可能である。たとえば、２０個用と１０個用を組み合わせて用い、基本的に２０個用を用いて、残りが少ないところでは、１０個用を用いることもできる。一般的に多く用いられる手術用のガーゼは、使用前で一枚ほぼ３グラムであり、本考案にかかるホルダの重さと前記収納部の数とを用いて、簡単に使用後に収納された体液量、たとえば血液量を簡単に計算できる。また、別の実施の対応では、前記蓋を透明にし、たとえば、前記収納部の底に順次数字を付帯し、前記蓋から見えるようにすることにより、何枚を回収し、収納したかが一目で分かるようにすることもできる。これにより、使用済みガーゼの回収収納枚数のカウントが更に容易になる。このように、前記収納部の開口の近くおよび／または中壁および／または底部若しくは前記蓋の前記開口の上および／または近辺に数字を順番に付すことができる。

【実施例】
以下、本考案を実施例で、図１および２により更に具体的に説明する。図１は本考案に係る１実施例のガーゼホルダの斜視図であり、図２は図１にかかるガーゼホルダを図１の右側から見た側面図である。

１は、基板で白色のポリエチレンから構成され、ガーゼの収納部２を複数個有している。この実施例では６個の例であるが、２０個とか３０個が一般的である。これに透明なポリエチレンからなる蓋４の集合体３が固定されている。各蓋４には切り込み５が設けられている。前記切り込みは、この例では十文字に入れられているが、星型に入れることもできるし、米型に入れることもできる。この切り込みの数は、蓋の弾性が強い場合には多く、弱い場合には少なく入れる。前記蓋の切り込みを入れる前の弾性は、蓋の厚さと材質で決まる。この切り込みの交点は、収納部２の開口の中心またはほぼ中心に位置し、ガーゼの入り口を構成する。また収納部２の開口に対応する前記蓋の部分を外側に膨らみをもたせ、その断面が浅いＵ字型に構成することもでき、このとき、前記膨らみの頂点が切り込みの交点になるように構成できる。このようにすると入る側の抵抗を大きく、引き出すときの抵抗を少なくすることもできる。使用済みガーゼを押し込むときの抵抗を変えて、複数枚の使用済みで回収したガーゼを同時に前記収納部に押し込んだときに余分のガーゼを引き出すときの抵抗を弱くするときには便利である。逆に前記蓋の前記部分を凹ませると出入りの抵抗の関係を逆にすることができ、抵抗の調節が可能である。

本考案は以上のように構成されるから、体液を十分に含んで、互いに接合したガーゼ一枚ずつの収納が確実に簡単に行われ、しかも体液を飛び散らせることもなく、また、体液の溢れ出しも防止され、更に前記切り込みが前記収納部へのガイドとしても作用することから使用済みガーゼを収納部により入れやすい効果を有している。
