Claims (5)
- 용강을 담는 레이들을 이동시키는 크레인에서 상기 레이들의 승강을 인지하기 위한 방법에 있어서,(a) 상기 레이들의 이동이 멈췄을 때, 상기 크레인에 부착된 RFID 리더기에서 상기 레이들에 부착된 RFID 태그로 통신을 시도하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 RFID 리더기에서 상기 RFID 태그의 번호를 수신하여 기존에 저장된 상기 RFID 태그의 번호와 비교하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방법은,(c) 상기 통신에 실패하는 경우, 상기 RFID 리더기 내에 기존의 상기 RFID 태그의 번호가 저장되어 있는지 확인하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방법은,(d) 상기 (a)단계에서 상기 통신에 성공하고, 상기 (b)단계에서 번호가 다른 경우, 상기 수신된 RFID 태그의 번호를 저장하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 용강을 담는 레이들에 부착되는 RFID 태그; 및상기 레이들을 이동시키는 크레인에 부착되는 RFID 리더기를 포함하되,상기 RFID 리더기는 상기 레이들이 이동 중에 멈췄을 때, 상기 RFID 태그와 통신하여 상기 RFID 태그의 번호를 수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 레이들의 승강을 인지하기 위한 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 RFID 태그는 액티브 타입(active type)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 레이들의 승강을 인지하기 위한 장치.
