Abstract
The present invention relates to a bag for packaging liquid food. The liquid food packaging bag is a conventional bag formed of a laminated film composed of LLDPE film, aluminum foil and PET film, in which the PET film penetrates the main wall of the bag, but the aluminum foil and the LLDPE film do not penetrate. It was composed of a liquid food packaging bag formed by forming a groove. According to the present invention, a liquid food packaging bag having excellent sealing effect can be obtained by a simple method.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a bag for packaging liquid goods, and in particular, a liquid product composed of a stretched hard film and a soft film laminated, and a liquid product configured to insert a straw into a liquid food housed therein, particularly for liquid food packaging. It's about the turret.
Liquid foods such as liquid health foods or fruit juices are sold by infusion into bags formed of laminated films to maintain airtightness. Most of these sacks tear one edge and drink the contents or insert a straw into the sacks to suck the contents.
The turret, which is designed to suck the contents by inserting the straw into the sidewall of the turret, is difficult to insert the straw because the stretched hard film constituting the laminated film has a strong property, so most of the turret forms a hole penetrating the sidewall of the turret. The straw was inserted into the hole to suck up the liquid food contained therein. Thus, the bag having the hole into which the straw is inserted is formed so that the hole penetrates the laminated film forming the side wall of the bag, and the hole is formed by adhering the blocking sealing film to the inner surface of the unstretched soft sealant film constituting the bag. By closing, the contents do not leak out.
In the case of forming the bag using only the hard stretched film, the adhesive force of the periphery of the bag appears to be inferior, and thus the adhesive part is dropped, and the unstretched soft film is poor in printability and soft, and thus easily broken. Therefore, the bag of the form mentioned above is manufactured using the laminated | multilayer film which laminated | stacked the unstretched film on the stretched film. The laminated film which laminated | stacked the unstretched soft sealant film on the inner surface of the stretched film is used. When the bag was formed, the unstretched soft film was placed on the inner surface of the bag and welded to each other to be completely sealed.
Typical examples of the stretched film include PET film, nylon film, OPP film, and the like, and typical examples of the unstretched flexible sealant film include LLDPE film, CPP film, EVA film, and the like.
In recent years, in order to improve the airtightness of the bag and maintain the original shape of the bag, a laminated film in which aluminum foil is laminated between a stretched film and an unstretched soft sealant film has also been used.
The problem with this bag is that there is a risk that the contents may leak out through the hole if the film adhered to the inner surface of the laminated film to close the hole is not completely adhered. In particular, the bag described above requires the manpower and time required to make the seal film separately by bonding the seal film in a band and to bond the band to the inner surface of the bag so that the seal film is positioned at the correct position on the inner surface of the bag. .
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a straw, such as a straw, in a conventional bag formed of a laminated film composed of the above-described stretched film and an unstretched soft sealant film, while maintaining the airtightness of the bag and making it easy to manufacture. It is to provide the bag.
The object of the present invention described above is achieved by the bag of the present invention such that a hole is formed in the stretched film constituting the outer surface of the bag and a groove is formed in the unstretched sealant film.
The liquid food packaging bag of the present invention is a conventional bag formed of a laminated film composed of a stretched film and an unstretched soft sealant film, wherein the bottom surface is unstretched soft sealant that penetrates the stretched film on the main wall of the bag but does not penetrate the unstretched film. It consists of the bag for liquid food packaging formed by forming the groove | channel comprised from the surface of a film.
In the liquid food packaging bag of the present invention, the stretched film constitutes the inner surface of the bag and the unstretched soft sealant film constitutes the outer surface of the bag.
The stretched film used in the present invention includes a PET film, a nylon film, an OPP film, and the like, and the non-stretched flexible sealant film includes, for example, an LLDPE film, a CPP film, an EVA film, and the like.
As the laminated film used in the present invention, for example, a laminated film composed of PET film / aluminum foil / LLDPE film, a laminated film composed of PET film / aluminum foil / nylon film / CPP film, and a laminated film composed of PET film / LLDPE film , Laminated films composed of nylon film / LLDPE film, laminated films composed of PET film / nylon film / LLDPE film, laminated films composed of PET film / nylon film / CPP film.
The top of the bag is formed with a hole into which a straw is inserted. The hole penetrates the stretched film, but no hole is formed in the unstretched flexible sealant film, so that the surface of the unstretched flexible sealant film becomes the bottom when viewed as a whole of the laminated film. It was formed in the shape of a groove. The above-mentioned grooves are preferably formed using a laser. The intensity of the laser for forming the grooves according to the present invention is adjusted so that holes are formed in the stretched film, but no holes are formed in the unstretched flexible sealant film, so that the holes penetrating the stretched film are in the form of grooves based on the laminated film. It should be possible. The above-mentioned hole is preferably formed in a circular shape, but may be formed in another shape, for example, a square, an oval or a star. The laser apparatus is a conventional laser apparatus used to punch holes in a synthetic resin film, and an example of such a laser apparatus is a laser manufactured by Sunks Co., Ltd., Japan. The diameter of the grooves described above is preferably formed to be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the straw used. However, the above-described grooves may be formed in different sizes depending on the shape thereof. For example, it may be formed such that + is formed inside a + or a circle having a left and right length larger than the diameter of the straw.
The intensity of the laser may vary depending on the source of the laser machine, but it is generally desirable to have a power in the range of 30-80 watts.
According to the present invention, since grooves are formed only on the outer surface of the laminated film constituting the bag without adhering the sealing film to the inner surface of the bag, there is an advantage that there is no loss of unnecessary material and no drop in airtightness due to the poor adhesion state of the sealing film. .
In particular, according to the present invention, the manufacturing process is simple, so that the loss of manpower caused by making a separate film to be bonded to the inside surface of the bag can be produced easily and can be used easily.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
