Description

The present invention relates to a packaging bag.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, packaging bags formed by sealing a soft packaging material into a bag body have been used for various uses such as foods and toiletries. There are various shapes of packaging bags, and pillow packaging bags made by a pillow bag making machine, which is a simple bag making and filling machine, are widely used in the confectionery industry and the like. In this pillow packaging bag, both ends of the vertically slit packaging material are overlapped and sealed in the form of a palm, a back seal portion is formed and formed into a cylindrical shape, and then the bottom seal portion and the top seal portion are sealed. Complete.

In order to open this packaging bag, there is a so-called hat-cut opening method in which a notch for opening is provided in the back seal portion and the back bag is opened in such a manner as to be opened in a horizontal direction from the back seal portion. When trying to cut and open this hat, from the notch provided in the back seal part, the packaging material is torn in the direction of crossing with the flow direction of the packaging material film in the circumferential direction of the cylinder, so it is straight There is a problem that the hat is difficult to cut, the left and right split positions do not match, and the hat cannot be cut cleanly from the main body.

In order to solve the above problem, a packaging bag disclosed in Patent Document 1 has been proposed. That is, a back seal portion is formed by laminating both side edges of a packaging material comprising a laminate in which at least an outermost layer and an innermost layer are formed, and the innermost layer is a heat-sealable resin layer, and a bottom portion and a top portion A packaging bag having a tubular structure formed by sealing a backing seal portion, having an opening notch at a predetermined portion, and an opening guide wire provided on an outermost layer on a line extending in a substantially horizontal direction from the opening notch. It is a packaging bag.

To open the packaging bag, it must be held with both hands, pulled up and down, cut from the opening notch, and opened. For example, when putting the contents of a packaging bag into a container such as a cup, it is not possible to hold the container with one hand and open the packaging bag with the other hand, and open the packaging bag once. After that, the contents in the packaging bag must be put into the container by holding the container, which is inconvenient. When the content is a liquid or powder such as a seasoning, it is only necessary to open a part and pour it out.

The packaging bag is characterized in that the back seal portion is adhered to the top seal portion and the ground seal portion, respectively, and the back seal portion stands upright at the center in the upper and lower portions where an opening notch is provided .

The packaging bag of the present invention is configured as described above, and the back seal portion is broken from the opening notch by folding the back seal portion outside so that the top seal portion and the ground seal portion are close to each other. Further, the root portion near the opening notch is also broken, so that the contents can be opened and opened with one hand.

According to the present invention, since the back seal portions that are tilted to the opposite sides are bonded to each other at the top seal portion and the ground seal portion, the top seal portion and the ground seal portion are close to each other with the back seal portion outside. When folded, the back seal portion is reliably pulled by the top seal portion and the ground seal portion, and can be cut more easily than the opening notch.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view schematically showing an example of the packaging bag of the present invention, in which (a) is a perspective view and (b) is a plan view. FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram schematically showing a perspective view of an example of the packaging bag of the present invention, in which the package is folded and opened.

As shown in FIG. 1 (a) perspective view and (b) plan view, the packaging bag 100 of this example is provided with a back seal portion 1 attached to the palm of the hand, and the upper and lower ends of a tubular soft packaging material film are formed. This is a packaging bag in which the top seal portion 2 and the ground seal portion 3 are sealed and provided. Opening notches 4 are provided at the upper and lower central portions (the left and right central portions in the figure) of the back seal portion 1, and the back seal portion 1 is tilted to the opposite sides of the top seal portion 2 and the ground seal portion 3. .

At this time, the width of the back seal portion 1 is preferably 3 mm or more, and the depth of the opening notch 4 is preferably at least half the width of the back seal portion 1. Further, the opening notch 4 may be a notch of any shape such as a V notch, an I notch, a U notch, and a pentagonal notch.

The back seal part 1 is bonded to the top seal part 2 and the ground seal part 3, respectively. Further, an easily cut flaw processing portion 5 extending in the left-right direction from the root portion of the back seal portion 1 at the position where the opening notch 4 is provided is provided. In this example, the easily cut flaw processing portion 5 is provided in a linear shape, but fine flaw processing may be provided in a band shape.

Since the packaging bag 100 of this example is as described above, as shown in FIG. 2, when the back seal portion 1 is placed outside and the top seal portion 2 and the ground seal portion 3 are folded close to each other, an opening notch is formed. 4, the back seal 1 is broken, and the root of the back seal 1 near the opening notch 4 is also broken.

In particular, since the back seal portion 1 is bonded to the top seal portion 2 and the ground seal portion 3 respectively, when folded in two, the back seal portion 1 is bonded to the portion bonded to the top seal portion 2 and the ground seal portion 3. The separated portion is pulled away, and a force is applied to the opening notch 4 so as to tear it, whereby the back seal portion 1 is reliably broken.

Further, since the easily cut flaw processed portion 5 extending in the left-right direction is provided, the root portion near the opening notch 4 is reliably broken after the back seal portion 1 is broken from the opening notch 4. Therefore, the packaging bag 100 can be easily opened with one hand to take out the contents.

The film for a soft packaging material used for the packaging bag 100 of this example is formed of a laminated film in which a base material and a sealant film are laminated. As the substrate, a biaxially stretched or uniaxially stretched plastic film of a resin such as nylon, polyethylene terephthalate, or polypropylene can be preferably used.

The substrate may be provided as a multilayer. As the multilayer base material, lamination of polyethylene terephthalate / nylon, nylon / polyethylene terephthalate, nylon / inorganic oxide-deposited polyethylene terephthalate, nylon / aluminum-deposited polyethylene terephthalate, nylon / aluminum foil, polyethylene terephthalate / aluminum foil, etc. from the outer layer side Film can be used.

A heat-meltable resin is used for the sealant film. Polypropylene, low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, or acid-modified polyethylene is used. In particular, linear low-density polyethylene is preferably used.

The lamination method of the laminated film may be performed by a dry lamination method. Further, it may be performed by a sandwich lamination method. Further, in some cases, it may be performed by an extrusion lamination method in which a sealant film is extruded while being formed from an extruder, and is adhered to a substrate.

In addition, a pattern printing layer can be provided on the back surface of the base film. The printing method for providing the picture printing layer is not particularly limited, but usually, gravure printing or flexographic printing is used.

In the packaging bag 100 of the present example, the easily cut flaw processing portion 5 is provided in a straight line for cutting the base material, but the present invention is not limited to this, and fine flaw processing may be provided in a band shape or the like. The scratch processing may be provided by laser processing or may be provided by half blanking processing. When it is provided in a belt shape or the like, it may be provided in contact with a roll provided with needle-like projections on the surface.

FIG. 3 is an explanatory view schematically showing a state in which a back seal portion is adhered to a ground seal portion in an example of the packaging bag of the present invention in a cross section. FIG. 4 is a schematic plan view illustrating another example of a method of bonding a back seal portion to a ground seal portion in an example of the packaging bag of the present invention. FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b) are schematic examples of the packaging bag of the present invention, and are schematic steps illustrating another method of bonding the back seal to the ground seal.

The back seal portion 1 is bonded to the top seal portion 2 and the ground seal portion 3, as shown in the sectional view of the ground seal portion 3 shown in FIG. Agent 6 can be provided and bonded. As the adhesive 6, a hot melt adhesive, an adhesive varnish, a heat seal varnish, or the like can be used.

In addition, a sealant film of a film for a soft packaging material used for the packaging bag 100 may be used for adhesion. That is, the holes 7, 7 are previously provided in the film at the portion where the back seal portion 1 and the ground seal portion 3 are bonded, as shown in the plan view of FIG. Similarly, a hole is provided in a portion of the film where the back seal portion 1 and the top seal portion 2 are bonded.

Then, as shown in the cross-sectional view of the ground seal portion 3 in FIG. 5A, the back seal portion 1 is fallen on the ground seal portion 3 so that the holes 7, 7 are opposed to each other, and as shown in FIG. Sealing is performed to provide an adhesive seal portion 71, which is adhered. The back seal part 1 and the top seal part 2 are similarly sealed and adhered. In this manner, the back seal 1 can be bonded to the top seal 2 and the ground seal 3.

Hereinafter, specific examples of the present invention will be described.

<実施例1>
