Claims (4)
- 각종설비에 사용되는 미압유지밸브에 있어서,중공형으로 외주면에 단턱부(22)가 형성되고 상기 단턱부(22)에는 고정링(60)이 장착되는 하부 결합체(20)를 하부에 장착하고,상기 하부 결합체(20)의 상부에는 소정의 두께를 가지는 판(31)의 중심으로 중앙에 삽입공(32a)이 관통형성되는 결합부(32)가 형성되고 상기 단턱부(22)가 형성되는 판(31)의 상부에는 밸브시트(33)가 돌출형성되며 그 하부에는 상기 하부 결합체(20)와 고정결합되는 결합부(34)가 돌출형성되되, 상기 밸브시트(33)의 내측에는 다수개의 유입공(35)이 형성되고 외측에는 다수개의 배출공(36)이 형성되는 중간 결합체(30)를 고정장착하며,상기 중간 결합체(30)의 상부에는 수평부(42)의 상부로 무게추(80)가 고정장착되면서 상기 밸브시트(33)가 접하는 면에는 밀착부(48)가 형성되고 상기 수평부(42)의 저면 중앙에는 상기 결합부(32)에 형성되는 삽입공(32a)에 끼움고정되는 수직부(44)로 구성되는 상부 결합체(40)를 안착하고,상기 중간 결합체(30)에는 상기 결합체(20, 30, 40)를 감 쌓을 수 있도록 케이스(50)가 결합되는 구성을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 미압유지밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 밸브시트(33)의 저면 중앙으로 기체의 누설을 방지하기 위한 오 링(50)이 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미압유지밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 밀착부(48)의 측면둘레에는 디스크(92)가 끼움 결합되어 상기 밸브시트(33)와 접촉시 소음이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 미압유지밸브.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 밸브시트(33)와 접촉하는 밀착부(48)의 저면으로 원형 링(94)을 장착되어 상기 밸브시트(33)와 접촉시 소음이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 미압유지밸브.
