Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a waste chute device and a control method thereof, and more particularly, to a waste chute device improved by accurately measuring the weight of dumped waste and automatically charging a waste speculator according to the weight of waste. It relates to a control method.
In the conventional construction of the air transfer waste disposal system, which is gradually spreading to a group residential complex such as an apartment, a terminal pipe having a waste inlet is installed at each floor of a residential complex, and the end is integratedly connected to the transport pipeline. It extends to the collection area, and the inside of the end pipe and the transport pipe is configured to suction conveying the garbage bags to be collected by the waste inlet through the air inlet to the collection area.
An example of a waste input facility of such an air transportation waste treatment system is disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0679223.
This registered patent is a waste input facility of an air transfer type waste disposal system having a fuselage in communication with the front end of an end pipe leading to a waste collection pipe, and having an outside air suction grill and a door disposed therein. When the user is authenticated as a legitimate user through the means, the entrance door is opened to disclose a configuration for dumping garbage bags.
In addition to this configuration, if a conventional load cell is mounted on the slide valve on the end pipe communicating with the inlet, the weight of the currently dumped garbage bag is measured and the value is inputted in real time to the computer of the central control room. It is described that can calculate the difference in the weight information input from the load cell in real time, and based on this can be charged for the pay-as-you-go fee for each household or ID given to the user.
However, in the disclosed patents, the billing system according to the dumping of garbage is merely a conceptual description without specific configuration examples, and there are too many points to be described as a technology that can be implemented immediately.
An object of the present invention is to measure the weight of the dumped waste with a load cell, but to provide a waste chute device and a control method thereof that can impose a waste dumping fee calculated based on the measured value for each unique dumper dumper, It is intended to make users satisfied with the operation of the transportation waste disposal system.
Garbage chute device of the present invention for achieving the above object, the cover member is connected to the lower member of the chute providing a discharge passage of the garbage bag to open and close it, and is connected to one side of the cover member to open and close it. The cover member is provided with a weight measuring unit for measuring the weight of the garbage bag to be dumped, which is a dripping plate on which the garbage bag is placed, and a plurality of load cells arranged in a square or an equilateral triangle below the edge thereof.
The weighing data of the load cell is input to the controller, and the controller checks the opening and closing means of the garbage inlet, controls opening and closing according to the user ID identification information, and simultaneously outputs the measurement data to the database.
The database accumulates and stores the measurement data stored in the user's ID address number, and the measurement data stored for each ID number is read by the settlement system at regular intervals to calculate the weight of the garbage bag as a fee and correspond to each ID. In addition, the control method according to the present invention includes the steps of: (a) reading the user's ID card information to determine whether the user is a legitimate user and whether the current chute assembly status is a dumpable state and displaying on the display; (b) if it is determined in step (a) that the user is a legitimate user, the controller stores the data stored in the ID card of the user as a corresponding address in the database; (c) allowing the controller to input the information of the ID card into the database and remotely open and close the opening and closing means to open the door of the inlet to allow dumping of the garbage bag; (d) remotely closing the opening and closing means when the user dumps and closes the garbage bag through the open door; (e) when the load cell disposed on the bottom of the drip board sends the weighing data to the controller, the controller renews the weighing data stored immediately before the newly received measuring data; (f) storing, by the controller, data received from the load cell in a corresponding address of a database so that data is updated and integrated; (g) the settlement system calculating the weighing data accumulated by the user ID in the database at regular intervals for a waste dumping fee; and (h) the settlement system charges and charges the settled fee for each household corresponding to the user ID.
Garbage chute device and control method according to the present invention has the following effects.
