Claims (3)
- 전기로의 용탕에 취입되는 란스(110)를 지지하는 고정지지부(100);상기 란스(110)의 전,후진 이동을 위해 상기 고정지지부(100)에 설치되는 이동체인(200);상기 이동체인(200)에 구동력을 전달하는 구동부(300);상기 란스(110)의 전,후진 이동시 회전되도록 상기 이동체인(200)과 구동 연결되는 회전부(400);상기 회전부(400)의 회전수를 감지하는 감지센서(500); 및,감지된 회전부(400)의 회전수를 통해 상기 란스(110)의 이동거리를 측정하여 용탕에 대한 상기 란스(110)의 침전 깊이를 조절하기 위한 제어부(600)를 포함하는 특징으로 하는 란스의 침적깊이 조절장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 회전부(400)는,상기 이동체인(200)에 치합되는 회전기어(410)와,상기 회전기어(410)의 회전에 연동되도록 베어링(440)을 매개로 상기 고정지지부(100)에 설치되는 회전샤프트(420); 및,상기 회전샤프트(420)의 일단부에 마련되어 상기 감지센서(500)에 대향 배치되는 측정임펠러(430)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 란스의 침적깊이 조절장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 측정임펠러(430)에는 상기 감지센서(500)에 의해 감지되는 복수의 측정날개가 방사상으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 란스의 침적깊이 조절장치.
