In the present invention, it was confirmed that the indicator component (or functional ingredient) Astaxanthin for the hematococcus raw material individually certified as a functional raw material by the Korea Food and Drug Administration was effective in improving eye fatigue through experiments. The present invention has been completed.
Haematococcus pluvialis" used in the present invention is a raw material functionally recognized by improving the fatigue of the eye in the health functional food code. Here, astaxanthin, an index component, is effective in improving eye fatigue. Astaxanthin's four major actions are antioxidants: free radicals (Hydroxyl, Peroxyl radicals) and active oxygen species (Singlet Oxygen) that damage DNA, proteins, and lipid membranes, causing aging. Protects other molecules and tissues from damage caused by metabolism and absorbs the active energy of Singlet oxygen (a powerful antioxidant) Suppresses the chain reaction of free radicals produced by fatty acid degradation Protects phospholipids and other lipid membranes from peroxidation do. The second role is that UV-Protectant Sunlight, especially UV exposure, produces singlet oxygen and free radicals and causes oxidative damage to lipids and skin tissues, so carotenoids play an important role in protecting skin tissues from UV rays. It is more effective in preventing oxidation of lipids due to UV than β-carotene or lutein. Third, it helps skin health. Overexposure to the skin can lead to sunburn and can lead to oxidation, inflammation, immune suppression, aging, and even skin cancer. Astaxanthin is more UV-sensitive than β-carotene or Lutein. Excellent protection against induced photooxidation and strong sun-protection. Fourth, anti-inflammatory reactive oxygen species (ROS) are released from phagocytic leucocytes in the site of inflammation, and neutrophils activated in the site of inflammation reduce antioxidant vitamins, oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation. Astaxanthin acts to reduce inflammation and to associate it with changes in the inflammatory response. First, when gelatin was mixed with chewing gum as a fat-soluble substance to combine hematococcus (Haematococcus pluvialis) with chewing gum, it was mixed with gelatin and hematococcus to prevent the active ingredient from eluting. Jelly and then powdered and mixed with a powdered gum base to tablet, where the important thing is to crush and maintain a firm hardness to prevent hematococcus jelly from crushing in the mouth. The powder is coated with an oil coating film so that it can be separated from the gum base powder at the same time as it is chewed. Ingredients are eaten with saliva, leaving only the gum base after time.
In the above composition, the intake of astaxanthin ingredient in the Food and Drug Administration's Health Functional Food Code is 6mg per day, and the hematococcus extract contains 5% astaxanthin ingredient, so the daily intake is three and 1 It contained 40 mg of hematococcus component per piece (2gr). Other ingredients contain fragrance and xylitol to play the role of gum, and also function to remove bad breath.
The composition of the composition is less than the weight ratio of each component, the drug efficacy is less, and there is no difference in the drug efficacy above, so the weight ratio was selected in consideration of economics.
