본 고안은 펌프가 가동될 때 회전차(임펠러)의 떨림을 방지해주는 임펠러웨어링과 임펠러의 조합에서 이물질이 그 틈 사이에 끼여 마모 또는 진동을 발생시켜 펌프의 효율저하 및 수명단축에 미치는 영향이 크므로 임펠러의 유입부 외주면에 커터날을 장착하여 유입되는 이물질(머리카락, 천, 와이어, 비닐)등을 효과적으로 커팅하여 펌프가 상시 적으로 안전한 상태에서 운전되도록 해준다.
