Claims (2)
- 차량용 팬모터의 구속여부 판단방법에 있어서,a) 펄스검출부(30)를 통해 모터의 일정구간마다 분리형성된 정류자(21)와 브러쉬(22)의 통전상태에 따라 펄스전류(i0)를 검출하는 단계(S1);b) 펄스검출부(30)에서 검출된 펄스신호를 펄스 증폭회로부(40)에 의해 증폭시켜 증폭전류(i)를 구하는 단계(S2);c) 증폭된 증폭전류(i)에 의해 구동되는 펄스 카운터(50)의 카운팅에 의한 팬모터(20)의 구속여부를 판단하는 단계(S3);d) 팬모터(20) 구속시 팬모터(20)에 인가된 전원을 마이콤(60)에 의해 차단하는 단계(S4); 를 포함하여 이루어지며,상기 a)~d) 단계가 반복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 팬모터의 구속여부 판단방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 판단방법은 상기 d) 단계시 FET 구동회로(70)로 인가된 전원을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 팬모터의 구속여부 판단방법.
