Claims (10)
- 채널 기술자의 송신 또는 수신을 향상시키는 방법으로서,설정된 기간(set interval)에 정규 채널 기술자(regular channel descriptor)를 정기적으로 브로드캐스트하는 무선 통신 시스템에서, 변조 방식을 변경하는 단계와,이에 응답하여, 정규 채널 기술자들 간의 설정된 기간 중에 하나 이상의 보충(supplementary) 채널 기술자를 송신하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 변경된 변조 방식의 표시(indication)를 제공하는 채널 기술자 카운트를 정기적으로 송신하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 채널 기술자 카운트는 다운링크 맵 또는 업링크 맵에 있는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,하나 이상의 보충 채널 기술자의 도착을 식별하는 포인터를 정기적으로 송신하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 포인터는 802.16e 표준에 기재되어 있는 브로드캐스트 제어 포인터인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보충 채널 기술자는 정규 채널 기술자에 포함된 것 보다 적은 정보를 포함하는 방법.
- 채널 기술자의 송신을 향상시키는 기지국으로서,설정된 기간에 정규 채널 기술자를 정기적으로 브로드캐스트하는 송신기와,송신기에 통신 가능하게 연결된 프로세서를 포함하고,상기 프로세서는 변조 방식을 변경하도록 프로그래밍되며, 이에 응답하여, 상기 송신기는 정규 채널 기술자들 간의 설정된 기간 중에 하나 이상의 보충 채널 기술자를 송신하는 기지국.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 송신기는 변경된 변조 방식의 표시를 제공하는 채널 기술자 카운트를 정기적으로 송신하는 기지국.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 송신기는 하나 이상의 보충 채널 기술자의 도착을 식별하는 포인터를 정기적으로 송신하는 기지국.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 보충 채널 기술자는 정규 채널 기술자에 포함된 것 보다 적은 정보를 포함하는 기지국.
