Claims (3)
- 내부관과 외부관으로 이루어진 실린더의 상단에 설치된 로드 가이드에 안내되어 왕복 이동하는 피스톤 로드의 과도한 인장을 제한하는 쇽업소버의 스토퍼에 있어서,피스톤 로드의 일측에 결합된 받침부와,상기 받침부에 설치되어 피스톤 로드의 과도한 인장시 상기 로드 가이드의 저면에 접촉되는 완충부와,상기 완충부의 상부에 형성되어 상기 실린더 내의 작동유체가 저장되는 오일포켓과,상기 완충부의 측면에서 관통 형성되어 상기 오일포켓과 연결된 유로와,상기 완충부에 결합되어 상기 내부관의 내둘레에 밀착되고 상기 유로와상기 내부관의 상부에 형성되는 드레인 홀을 통해 상기 로드 가이드와 상기 완충부의 접촉시 상기 유로를 통해 배출된 유체가 통과하는 내부유로가 형성된 가이드부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버의 스토퍼.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 가이드부의 외둘레에 형성되어 상기 내부유로와 상기 드레인 홀을 연결하는 환형유로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버의 스토퍼.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 가이드부의 내둘레에 형성되어 상기 유로와 상기 내부유로를 연결하는 보조 환형유로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버의 스토퍼.
