Claims (2)
- 상단부에 구멍(11)이 형성되고, 내부에 오일이 충진된 상태로 차축과 연결되는 실린더(10);상기 실린더(10)의 내부에 배치되어 상기 실린더(10)의 내부를 제1 챔버(21)와 제2 챔버(22)로 구획 형성하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 챔버(21, 22)에 저장된 오일이 통과하며 유동 저항을 발생시키기 위한 오일 통로(23)를 형성하고 있는 밸브(20);상기 밸브(20)에 연결되게 설치되고, 상기 차축으로 고정되는 로드(50);상기 실린더(10)의 상단부 측이 내부로 삽입되며, 차체 측과 연결되게 설치되는 실린더 커버(70); 및상기 실린더 커버(70)의 내부에서 상기 실린더(10)의 상단부 사이에 개재되며, 일측 단부에 상기 구멍(11)과 연결되는 연통홀(91)이 형성되고, 그 일측 단부가 상기 실린더(10)의 상단부에 연결되며, 다른 일측 단부가 상기 실린더(10)의 상단부에 대응하는 상기 실린더 커버(70)의 내측면으로 연결되는 고무 부트(90)를 포함하며,상기 고무 부트(90)는 벨로우즈 형태로 이루어지며, 이의 양측 단부가 상기 실린더(10)의 상단부 및 상기 실린더 커버(70)의 내측면에 각각 가류 접착되고, 상기 실린더(10)의 제1 챔버(21) 내부 오일이 그 실린더(10)의 구멍(11)과 연통홀(91)을 통해 상기 고무 부트(90)의 내부 공간으로 유동되며,쇽 업소버(100)의 인장 시, 상기 실린더(10)의 제1 챔버(21) 및 고무 부트(90)의 내부 압력이 급감하게 되고, 상기 실린더(10)의 제2 챔버(22)에 저장된 오일이 상기 밸브(20)의 오일 통로(23)를 통하여 상기 제1 챔버(21) 및 고무 부트(90)의 내부 공간으로 유동되며,상기 쇽 업소버(100)의 압축 시, 상기 실린더(10)의 제1 챔버(21) 및 고무 부트(90)의 내부 압력이 증가하게 되고, 상기 실린더(10)의 제1 챔버(21) 및 고무 부트(90)의 내부 공간에 저장된 오일이 상기 밸브(20)의 오일 통로(23)를 통하여 상기 실린더(10)의 제2 챔버(22)로 유동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 쇽 업소버.
