Claims (9)
- 겐트리의 내부에 설치되어 핵의 스핀 방향에 일정한 기울기를 가진 경사 자장을 전자장을 더해 주는 경사 코일(Gradient Coil)과; 자기 공명을 발생시킨 다음 여기된 시그널를 받아 들이는 RF 코일을 포함하는 양전자 방출 단층촬영기(Positron Emission Tomography)에 있어서,상기 겐트리(20) 내부에는 한쌍의 고주파 차폐판(12)에 의해 차폐된 광전소자 및 신호처리부와 PET 검출기(11)를 포함하는 양전자 방출 단층촬영기(Positron Emission Tomography: 10)가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈장착형 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양전자 방출 단층촬영기(10)는 국소 RF 코일(24)의 내부에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈장착형 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양전자 방출 단층촬영기(10)는 국소 RF 코일(24)의 외부에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈장착형 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각 고주파 차폐판(12)은 박막 또는 그물망 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탈장착형 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 고주파 차폐판(12)은 각각 구리인 것을 특징으로 하는 탈장착형 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 PET 검출기는 NaI, BGO(Bismuth Germanate Oxide), LSO(Lutetium Oxyorthosilicate), LYSO, 또는 LGSO와 같은 섬광 결정으로 이루어진 섬광체(scintillator)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈장착형 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 RF 코일은 고주파 발생이 전신 RF 코일(23) 또는 국소 RF 코일(24)에서 이루어지고, MRI 신호의 수신이 국소 RF 코일(24)에서만 이루어지게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈장착형 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광전소자 및 신호처리부는 시그널을 검출하는 광다이오드와, 광다이오드를 보호하기 위한 보호회로와, MRI의 RF 필터 회로와 신호 처리를 위한 아날로그와 디지털 회로, 전자 신호를 광신호로 변환하는 회로, 광전송 회로를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전신용 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 광다이오드는 사태 광다이오드(APD) 또는 거이거 사태 광다이오드(GAPD) 타입의 반도체 광증배관(SSPM), 실리콘 광증배관(SiPM), 또는 다중 픽셀 광계수기(MPPC) 중에서 선택된 1개인 것을 특징으로 하는 전신용 PET-MRI 통합 유닛.
