Claims (4)
- 음식물 쓰레기를 파쇄하여 교반통에 투입하는 음식물 쓰레기 투입단계와;상기 교반통에 화학적으로 고분자의 연결고리를 끊어 각 원자 단위로 분리되도록 하는 산화제를 주로 하는 반응제를 투입하는 반응제 투입단계와;교반통 내부의 온도를 전체적으로 상온보다 높게 유지하면서 교반하는 교반단계와;투입물질이 반응제와 혼합 교반되면서 발생되는 수증기를 교반통의 외부로 빼어내는 수증기분리단계와;상기 수증기를 냉각기를 통하여 응축수와 가스로 분리하여 응축수는 하수로 처리하는 응축수 분리단계와;상기 응축수 분리단계에서 분리된 가스를 적어도 하나 이상의 필터를 통하여 악취를 제거하고 일정온도로 가열하여 다시 교반통으로 공급하는 가스 재공급단계의 일련의 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 화학적 반응제를 이용한 음식물 쓰레기 처리방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 응축수 분리단계에서 분리된 가스를 오존 발생장치를 통과하여 살균하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 화학적 반응제를 이용한 음식물 쓰레기 처리방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 교반단계와 동시에 별도 저장된 수처리물질이나 원심분리기로 고농축된 케익 상태의 물질이 일정 열로 가열되는 히터에 의하여 1차 증발시키고 일부는 교반통으로 투입되도록 하는 재처리단계가 추가로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 화학적 반응제를 이용한 음식물 쓰레기 처리방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 응축수 분리단계에서 분리된 응축수는 별도 저장장치에 저장되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 음식물 쓰레기 처리방법.
