Abstract

본 발명은 숯 또는 활성탄과 골판지의 우수한 통풍성을 이용해 실내의 공기를 청결하게 하는 천연 공기청정기에 관한 것으로 광촉매가 도포 되며 가운데에 구멍이 뚫린 골판지를 여러 장 쌓아 상자형태의 골판지 통을 형성하여 여기에 광촉매가 도포 된 숯 또는 활성탄 알갱이를 넣어 자연친화적인 공기 청정효과를 가지는 광촉매가 도포 된 골판지와 숯 또는 활성탄을 이용한 공기청정기에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 광촉매가 도포 된 골판지와 숯 또는 활성탄을 이용한 공기청정기 에 관한 것으로, 현대는 공기의 오염이 갈수록 심각해지고 실내업무가 잦아짐에 따라 실내환경의 관심이 커지고 있다.
이와 관련해 많은 종류의 공기청정기가 개발되고 있으며, 이중 숯 또는 활성탄을 이용한 천연 공기 청정제품 역시 다양하게 출시되고 있다.
하지만, 현재 출시되어 있는 대부분의 숯 또는 활성탄을 이용한 공기 청정제품들은 단순히 숯 자체를 화분이나 자기 등의 용기에 담아 사용하거나 한지 또는 천 같은 포장에 숯 또는 활성탄 알갱이를 담아 사용해왔다.
숯 자체를 그대로 사용하는 경우, 손이 숯에 닿으면 지저분해지기도 하고 책상이나 사무공간 같이 좁은 곳에서 사용하기는 부적합하였다.
특히 젊은층의 소비자들은 기능과 더불어 디자인 및 장식적인 측면 역시 제품 구매시 중요한 선택사항으로 생각하고 있어 기존 숯 제품은 젊은층의 소비자들에게 크게 매료되지 않았다.
숯 또는 활성탄 알갱이를 한지나 천 등의 포장지로 싸서 사용하는 경우, 한지나 천의 통풍효과가 뛰어나지 않아 제 기능을 다 발휘하지 못하는 단점이 있었다.
그리고 숯이나 활성탄은 어느 정도 사용하고 나면 그 정화능력이 약해지는 단점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기에서 언급한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 가운데에 숯 또는 활성탄 알갱이를 넣을 수 있는 구멍이 뚫린 골판지를 여러 겹 쌓은 골판지 통에 숯 또 는 활성탄 알갱이를 넣어 골판지의 우수한 통풍성을 이용해 공기를 정화할 수 있도록 한다.
그리고 골판지와 숯 또는 활성탄 알갱이에 광촉매를 도포하여 정화능력이 약해지는 것을 보완하며, 장기간 사용할 수 있도록 한다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 광촉매가 도포 된 골판지와 숯 또는 활성탄을 이용한 공기청정기에는 가운데에 적당한 크기의 구멍이 뚫린 골판지(1)를 여러 겹 쌓아 숯 또는 활성탄 알갱이(3)를 넣을 수 있는 숯 삽입구멍(4)이 뚫린 골판지 통(1-1)이 형성된다.
골판지(1)의 종류에 따라 골판지 골(5)의 크기가 틀리기 때문에 숯 또는 활성탄 알갱이(3)는 골판지 골(5)을 통해 흘러내리는 것을 방지하기 위하여, 사용되는 골판지 골(5)의 크기에 맞추어 흘러내리지 않을 정도의 크기로 분쇄하여 사용한다.
골판지 통(1-1)은 숯 또는 활성탄 알갱이(3)가 숯 삽입구멍(4)으로 빠지지 않도록 위, 아래에 덮개(2)를 덮어준다.
골판지 통(1-1)의 형태를 다양하게 하고, 또 색상 및 기타 장식들을 이용하여 다양한 디자인을 만들 수 있다.
그리고 오랜 시간 사용시 숯 또는 활성탄 알갱이(3)의 정화능력이 약해지는 것을 방지하기 위하여 골판지(1)나 골판지 통(1-1), 그리고 숯 또는 활성탄 알갱이(3)에 광촉매를 도포하여 정화능력을 더욱 보완할 수 있도록 한다.
본 발명은 실내의 공기를 골판지의 우수한 통풍성과 숯 또는 활성탄 등의 천연 소재를 이용해 정화할 수 있게 하며, 숯이나 활성탄을 그대로 노출시켜 접촉시 숯이 묻어나는 등 지저분해지거나 한지나 종이 등에 의한 방해를 받지 않아 정화기능을 더욱 높일 수 있다.
그리고 광촉매를 도포하여 시간이 지남에 따라 약해질 수 있는 숯 또는 활성탄의 정화능력을 더욱 보완할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
아울러, 골판지 통의 외곽 디자인을 미려하게 할 수 있어 사용자층을 폭넓게 확보할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 내부에 적당한 크기의 구멍이 뚫린 골판지가 있고, 이 골판지를 여러 장 겹쳐 적당한 높이를 갖는 골판지 통을 형성하며, 골판지 통에 형성되어 있는 숯 삽입구멍으로 골판지 골로 흘러내리지 않을 적당한 크기의 숯 또는 활성탄 알갱이를 넣으며, 골판지 통의 위, 아래를 덮개로 막아 숯 또는 활성탄 분말이 빠지지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매가 도포 된 골판지와 숯 또는 활성탄을 이용한 공기청정기.
  2. 상기 1항에 있어서 골판지와 숯 또는 활성탄 알갱이에 광촉매를 도포한 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매가 도포 된 골판지와 숯 또는 활성탄을 이용한 공기청정기.
