Claims (13)
- 외형적으로 몸체부, 손잡이부, 및 스위치를 구비하며, 상기 몸체부 내측으로는 엑스선관, 엑스선형광 검출기, 주제어부, 디스플레이부, 및 전력시스템을 구비하는 휴대용 엑스선형광 분석 장치에 있어서,상기 엑스선관은 일측이 상기 몸체부의 엑스선 방출구를, 타측이 상기 전력시스템을 향하도록 하여 상기 전력시스템과 이웃하게 배치되고,상기 엑스선관과 상기 전력시스템은 제1,2 박스로 구성되는 박스부 내부에 실장되며,상기 엑스선형광 검출기는 일측이 상기 엑스선 방출구를, 타측이 상기 박스부를 향하도록 하여 상기 박스부와 수평 정렬되고,상기 주제어부는 회로기판 일면에 구성되어 상기 박스부의 상부면을 향하도록 배치되며,상기 디스플레이부는 상기 주제어부를 이루는 회로기판 면에 전기, 기계적으로 고정되어 일면이 상기 몸체부 상면 바깥으로 드러나도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 휴대용 엑스선형광 분석 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 몸체부 내부로 실장되는 상기 엑스선관과 형광엑스선 검출기를 감싸고 이를 고정시킬 수 있는 구조의 헤드부를 상기 몸체부 선단 쪽에 구성한 것을 특징 으로 소형화된 휴대용 엑스선형광 분석 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 헤드부는 외주면이 납으로 형성된 알루미늄 블록으로 제1 홀과 제2 홀을 구비하며, 상기 제1 홀에는 상기 엑스선관이 납판으로 차폐되어 고정되고, 상기 제2 홀에는 상기 엑스선형광 검출기가 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 휴대용 엑스선형광 분석 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 헤드부는 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 휴대용 엑스선형광 분석 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 헤드부는 그 구성 재질에 따라 알루미늄 헤드, 납 헤드로 개별화될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 휴대용 엑스선형광 분석 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전력시스템은 하부의 제1 기판과 상기 제1 기판의 상부면에 직교하는 제2 기판으로 구성된 T형 회로기판과;상기 제1 기판 위에서 상기 제2 기판을 기준으로 좌,우측에 각각 배치된 제 1,2 변압기; 및상기 제1,2 변압기와 이웃하지만 상기 제1 박스에 의해 실장 공간이 구분되도록 배치된 전압증배기;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 휴대용 엑스선형광 분석 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 전압증배기가 구현되는 기판은 콘덴서, 다이오드, 및 저항 소자를 각각 복수개 씩 구비하며, 상기 각 소자의 전극이 상호 접합되는 노드 주위에 홈을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 휴대용 엑스선형광 분석 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 6항에 있어서,상기 제1 박스는 플라스틱판으로 형성되며, 상기 제2 박스는 금속판으로 형성되어 내측에 상기 제1 박스를 실장한 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 휴대용 엑스선형광 분석 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 금속판은 철판 표면에 구리, 니켈을 순차적으로 도금한 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 휴대용 엑스선형광 분석 장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 금속판 두께는 0.5 mm 내지 1 mm 범위로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 휴대용 엑스선형광 분석 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 제1 박스는 제1,2 변압기 각각의 코일과 코아를 분리하여 상기 제1 박스의 안에는 코일이, 바깥에는 코아의 일단부가 위치하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 휴대용 엑스선형광 분석 장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 제1 박스 내측에는 에폭시를 몰딩한 에폭시몰딩부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 휴대용 엑스선형광 분석 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 제2 박스 내측에는 실리콘을 몰딩한 실리콘몰딩부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 휴대용 엑스선형광 분석 장치.
