Description
Claims (19)
- 양극, 음극 및 상기 양극과 상기 음극 사이에 개재되는 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 전극군;상기 전극군이 내장되며 바닥에 바닥 돌기가 형성된 케이스;상기 케이스와 결합되어 이를 밀폐하며 상기 전극군과 전기적으로 연결된 캡 조립체; 및상기 전극군과 상기 케이스 사이에 설치되며, 상기 바닥 돌기가 끼워지는 고정 홀이 형성된 집전판;을 포함하는 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 고정 홀은 고정 홈으로 이루어진 이차 전지.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 고정 홀의 반대면에는 상기 전극군의 중심에 끼워지는 고정 돌기가 형성된 이차 전지.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 전극군의 중앙에는 센터 핀이 끼워진 이차 전지.
- 제4 항에 있어서,상기 고정 돌기는 상기 센터 핀에 끼워지는 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 고정 홀은 관통공으로 이루어지고 상기 바닥 돌기는 상기 고정 홀의 위쪽으로 돌출된 이차 전지.
- 제6 항에 있어서,상기 전극군의 중앙에는 센터 핀이 끼워지고, 상기 바닥 돌기는 상기 센터 핀에 끼워진 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 바닥 돌기의 반대면에는 바닥 홈이 형성된 이차 전지.
- 제8 항에 있어서,상기 캡 조립체는 전극 단자가 형성된 캡 플레이트를 포함하고, 상기 캡 플레이트에는 이웃하는 이차 전지의 바닥 홈에 끼워지는 지지 돌기가 형성된 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 바닥 돌기는 내부가 채워진 구조로 이루어진 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 케이스는 원통형인 이차 전지.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 고정 돌기는 원기둥 형상인 이차 전지.
- 양극, 음극 및 상기 양극과 상기 음극 사이에 개재되는 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 전극군;상기 전극군이 내장되는 케이스;상기 케이스와 결합되어 이를 밀폐하며 상기 전극군과 전기적으로 연결된 캡 조립체; 및상기 전극군과 상기 케이스 사이에 설치되며, 상기 전극군의 중심에 끼워지는 고정 돌기가 형성된 집전판;을 포함하는 이차 전지.
- 제13 항에 있어서,상기 고정 돌기는 리브 형상으로 이루어진 이차 전지.
- 제13 항에 있어서,상기 고정 돌기는 내부가 채워진 구조로 이루어진 이차 전지.
- 제13 항에 있어서,상기 고정 돌기는 원통 형상으로 이루어진 이차 전지.
- 제13 항에 있어서,상기 고정 돌기의 중앙에는 용접 홈이 형성된 이차 전지.
- 제13 항에 있어서,상기 전극군의 중심에는 센터 핀이 끼워지고, 상기 고정 돌기는 상기 센터 핀에 끼워지는 이차 전지.
- 제13 항에 있어서,상기 음극 집전판은 외주면이 상기 케이스의 내주면과 접하는 이차 전지.
