A method for preparing the cosmetic composition comprises the steps of: (a) extracting dried petals with a solution where a ratio of ethanol and water is 1:2-2:1 at room temperature for 12-48 hours to prepare a solution including the petals; and (b) mixing the solution with a base solution.
