Claims (2)
- 숏크리트 굵은 골재 최대크기를 8mm 또는 10mm로 한 골재와 골재입도를 공장에서 엄격하게 관리하고, 관리된 골재와, 시멘트와, 그리고 시멘트량의 30~50%를 고로슬래그로 대체하며, 물과 급결제를 제외한 모든 재료가 공장에서 사전에 배합 설계되어 분말형으로 포장됨을 특징으로 하는 산업부산물의 경제적 재활용과 시공품질 향상을 위한 분말형 레디믹스트 숏크리트
- ⒜ 숏크리트 굵은 골재 최대크기를 8mm 또는 10mm로 한 골재와 골재입도를 공장에서 엄격하게 관리하고, 관리된 골재와, 시멘트와, 그리고 시멘트량의 30~50%를 고로슬래그로 대체하며, 물과 급결제를 제외한 모든 재료가 공장에서 사전에 배합 설계된 분말형 레디믹스트 숏크리트를 시공현장으로 운반하는 단계;⒝ 분말형 레디믹스트 숏크리트를 믹서기에 넣고 배합 설계된 양만큼 물과 급결제를 투입하는 단계;⒞ 혼합된 숏크리트를 고압으로 분사하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 분말형 레디믹스트 숏크리트를 이용한 터널 숏크리트 지보재의 시공방법
