Abstract

A street lamp control system is provided to improve safety and efficiency of a street lamp operation by separately controlling a power of a street lamp. A street lamp control system divides an area having a plurality of street lamps into a plurality of local area groups. The street lamp control system installs a power distribution board on a center of each of the local area groups. The power distribution board has two power control switching circuits for controlling left and right side powers of the corresponding local area group. The street lamp control system enables the power switching circuit of the corresponding power distribution board to turn off the left and right side street lamps having the corresponding street lamp when an abnormal state of a specific street lamp of a specific local area group is detected. The street lamp turns on the left and right side street lamps except the abnormal street lamp.
