Abstract

A structure for ejecting a boss of an injection molding product is provided to improve durability by installing an ejector pin for directly transmitting the motion of an ejector plate to a boss ejecting pin. A structure for ejecting a boss of an injection molding product comprises a boss ejecting pin(5), an insert pin(7), and an ejector pin(11). The boss ejecting pin is slid along the product ejecting direction at a boss forming portion of a driving template(1) to be contacted with the front end of a boss. The insert pin fixed on the driving template forms a hollow part of the boss to be inserted through the hollow part of the boss ejecting pin. The ejector pin has one end connected to the boss ejecting pin through the insert pin, and the other end fixed on an ejector plate(9). The insert pin consists of an insertion pin part(13) inserted through the hollow part of the boss ejecting pin, and a fixing part(15) supporting the lower part of the boss ejecting pin. The fixing part has the upper part fixed by an engaging edge(17) and the lower part fixed by a pipe plug(19) screw combined to the driving template.
