Claims (7)
- 음이온 발생기(10)의 회로기판(12)에 연결된 음이온 발생칩(14)과, 상기 음이온 발생기(10)와 음이온 발생칩(14)이 내장된 케이스(20)와, 상기 케이스(20)의 내부에 코팅된 도전성 코팅층(30)과, 상기 도전성 코팅층(30)과 통전 가능하도록 상기 케이스(20)에 내장 설치됨과 동시에 상기 음이온 발생기(10)의 회로기판(12)에 접속된 접지선(16)이 연결되는 접지선 연결부재(40)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 대전방지 접지형 음이온 모듈을 갖는 교류용 음이온 발생기 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 케이스(20)는 상면에 개구부가 형성된 바디부(22)와, 상기 바디부(22)의 상면 개구부에서 바디부(22)의 내부로 충전되어 상기 음이온 발생기(10)가 상기 바디부(22)의 내부에 밀봉적으로 내장되도록 하는 밀봉수지부(24)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 대전방지 접지형 음이온 모듈을 갖는 교류용 음이온 발생기 구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 케이스(20)의 바디부(22)는 상기 음이온 발생기(10)의 회로기판(12) 저면과 마주하는 바닥면에 스페이서(50)가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 대전방지 접지형 음이온 모듈을 갖는 교류용 음이온 발생기 구조.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 음이온 발생기(10)의 회로기판(12)에는 상기 케이스(20)의 바디부(22) 바닥면 쪽으로 연통되는 통공(12a)이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 대전방지 접지형 음이온 모듈을 갖는 교류용 음이온 발생기 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접지선 연결부재(40)는 상기 케이스(20)의 적어도 일측벽에 상기 도전성 코팅층(30)과 통전되도록 설치된 볼트로 구성되며, 상기 볼트 형상의 접지선 연결부재(40)에 상기 접지선(16)이 통전가능하게 권취된 것을 특징으로 하는 대전방지 접지형 음이온 모듈을 갖는 교류용 음이온 발생기 구조.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 볼트 형상의 접지선 연결부재(40)는 상기 케이스(20)에 구비된 체결보스(23)에 체결되어 상기 도전성 코팅층(30)과 통전되도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 대전방지 접지형 음이온 모듈을 갖는 교류용 음이온 발생기 구조.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 음이온 발생칩(14) 은 복수개의 가닥으로 된 스틸화이버에 나노물질을 진공증착하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 대전방지 접지형 음이온 모듈을 갖는 교류용 음이온 발생기 구조.
