Claims (3)
- 이와 같은 구성을 갖는 본 발명에 따른 더블파이로트 체크밸브내의 유량 조절용 오리피스를 적용함에 있어, 오리피스 끝단에 다른 크기의 단면적이 연결되어서 고압의 대유량 압력유가 좁은 오리피스 통로를 통과하면서 오리피스 끝단에서 압력맥동, 캐비테이숀등이 최대치로 발생하면서 높은 유체음이 발생하게 됨에 따라, 2개의 오리피스 사이에 댐퍼 기능을 넣은 더블오리피스(제3도의 111)를 적용하여 작동 유체음을 감소시키는 구조의 더블파이로트 체크 밸브.
- 1항에 있어서 더블파이로트 체크밸브 내의 유량 조절용 오리피스를 적용함에 있어, 작동 소음저감을 위해, 그리고 실린더의 상승하강 동시효과를 위한 오리피스를 전후 각 2단으로 구성한 듀얼 타입의 오리피스(제4도의 112) 구조를 적용한 더블파이로트 체크밸브.
- 상기의 높은 유체음을 감소시키기 위한 방안으로 제5도에서와 같이 체크밸브를 2단구조로, 조금 더 상술하면, 밸브소켓(103,107)에 밸브시트(104,108),와 포펫(105,109)으로 구성된 2단구조의 체크밸브인 디컴프레션(Decompression)형의 더블 파이로트 체크밸브를 적용하여 P1 또는 P2 포트로 압력유가 가하여지게 되면 파이로트 스풀(102)이 반대편으로 밀리게 되면서 단면적비에 의해 적은 압력으로도 포펫(105,109)이 밀려 열리게 되나 면적비에 의해 밸브시트(104,108)는 닫혀 있는 상태로 유지되면서 열린 체크밸브를 통해 C1 실린더 포트의 압력유가 빠져나가게 되는데 이때의 통과유량 제어를 위해 오리피스를 체크밸브 내 밸브시트(104,108)의 체크시트부 내경과 포펫(105,109)의 돌출부 외경사이에 통과 유량을 제어할 수 있는 환상형의 오리피스(제5도의 113) 구조를 갖는 더블파이로트 체크 밸브.
