Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 실리콘 백(Silicon-bag) 또는 코헤시브 겔 백(Cohesive-gel bag) 내부에 발포된 실리콘 스폰지를 넣은 후 백의 외주면을 접착시켜 제조된 경량 실리콘 보형물.
- 실리콘 백 또는 코헤시브 겔 백 내부에 속이 빈(vacant) 실리콘 캡슐을 넣은 후 백의 외주면을 접착시켜 제조된 경량 실리콘 보형물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 코헤시브 겔 백은 실리콘 백 내부에 코헤시브 겔이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 실리콘 보형물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 백 또는 코헤시브 겔 백의 두께는 0.3-5 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 실리콘 보형물.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 백 또는 코헤시브 겔 백의 두께는 0.3-5.0 ㎜ 이고, 필요에 따라 부분적으로 두께를 달리 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 실리콘 보형물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 백 또는 코헤시브 겔 백과 발포된 실리콘 스폰지 또는 실리콘 캡슐과의 결합은 스프레이 액상 접착제를 이용하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 실리콘 보형물.
- ⅰ) 실리콘 발포 수지를 이용하여 원하는 형상의 발포된 실리콘 스폰지를 성형하는 단계;ⅱ) 상기 제조된 실리콘 수지 표면에 스프레이 액상 접착제를 도포하는 단계; 및ⅲ) 상기 접착제가 도포된 실리콘 스폰지 표면에 적당한 두께의 실리콘 백 또는 코헤시브 겔 백을 접착시키고 적당한 형상으로 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 제 1항 기재의 경량 실리콘 보형물의 제조방법.
- ⅰ) 고온에서 다수의 작은 실리콘 캡슐과 작은 크기의 실리콘을 결합시켜 원하는 형상의 속이 빈 실리콘 캡슐을 제조하는 단계;ⅱ) 상기 제조된 실리콘 캡슐 위에 스프레이 액상 접착제를 도포하는 단계; 및ⅲ) 상기 접착제가 도포된 실리콘 캡슐 표면에 적당한 두께의 실리콘 백 또는 코헤시브 겔 백을 접착시키고 적당한 형상으로 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 제 2항 기재의 경량 실리콘 보형물의 제조방법.
