Claims (3)
- 초경합금, 써메트, 고속도강, 엔드밀, 드릴류 등을 포함하는 경질 모재 표면 위에 물리적 기상 증착법(physical vapor deposition: PVD)을 이용하여, 단위층(A) AlaTibSi1 -a- bN 막과 단위층(B) AlxTi y Y1 -x- yN 막을 각각 적어도 한층 이상 교대로 적층한 경질피막구조이며, 경도가 38GPa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고경도 및 고온 내산화성을 가지는 절삭공구용 PVD 다원계 다층막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단위층(A) AlaTbSi1 -a- bN 막에서 원자조성은 40≤a≤70at%, 20≤b≤50at%, 0≤1-a-b≤10at%이며, 상기 단위층(B) AlxTiyY1 -x- yN 막에서 원자조성은 45≤x≤70at%, 25≤y≤50at%, 0≤1-x-y≤5at%임을 특징으로 하는 고경도 및 고온 내산화성을 가지는 절삭공구용 PVD 다원계 다층막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단위층의 막두께는 각각 0.001㎛≤단위층(A), (B)≤2㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 고경도 및 고온 내산화성을 가지는 절삭공구용 PVD 다원계 다층막.
