Claims (7)
- 내측면 상단에 렌즈걸림턱이 구비된 배럴; 및외부면에 외부단턱이 구비되고, 상기 배럴의 내부 홀에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 렌즈;를 포함하며,상기 내부 홀의 최상단에 배치되는 렌즈는, 그 외부단턱의 상부수평면이 상기 렌즈걸림턱의 하부수평면과 면 접촉함에 의해서 상기 배럴의 중심축과 상기 렌즈의 광축을 서로 일치시킴을 특징으로 하는 카메라 모듈의 렌즈배럴.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 렌즈는 유리 렌즈와 그 상부면에 형성된 레플리카(replica) 층으로 이루어진 레플리카 렌즈이며,상기 외부단턱은 상기 레플리카 층의 가장자리에 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 카메라 모듈의 렌즈배럴.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 외부단턱은 상시 레플리카 층의 성형시 발생하는 오버 플로우(over flow)에 의해서 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 카메라 모듈의 렌즈배럴.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유리 렌즈의 외측면 하단의 일부가 상기 배럴의 내측면과 면 접촉함을 특징으로 하는 카메라 모듈의 렌즈배럴.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배럴의 내부 홀에 배치되는 상기 렌즈는 복수 개이며,서로 인접하는 렌즈 사이에 스페이서를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 카메라 모듈의 렌즈배럴.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 내부 홀의 최상단에 배치되는 렌즈를 제외한 렌즈는, 그 외부단턱의 상부수평면이 스페이서의 하부수평면과 면 접촉함을 특징으로 하는 카메라 모듈의 렌즈배럴.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나에 의한 렌즈배럴을 포함하는 카메라 모듈.
