Abstract

A phytoncide spray containing essential oil or hydrosol, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reuse waste resources by producing excellent phytoncide from the dumped cone, and to promote health and forest aromatic bath functions as well as deodorization. A method for manufacturing phytoncide spray containing essential oil or hydrosol comprises the steps of: obtaining the cone; inputting the cone in a distiller(1) without crashing; generating steam to the distiller by a boiler; cooling the steam that passed through the distiller in a cooling device(2); obtaining essential oil with a light specific gravity from the distilled liquid; obtaining hydrosol that is a remaining material; mixing the essential oil of 0.1-1.5 weight % or hydrosol of 5-60 weight % with a mixture of refined water, ethyl alcohol, and surfactant; and filling the mixed solution in a spray.

본 발명은 잣나무의 구과에서 추출한 정유또는 하이드로졸이 함유된 피톤치드 스프레이 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.수목 정유에는 FDA,대한약전,식품공전 에 등재 되어 있는 테르펜이 주성분인 피톤치드라고 불리는 다양한 휘발성 성분들이 포함 되어 있는 데 특히 잣나무에는 대뇌 피질을 자극 하여 심신을 안정시키는 작용을 하는 알파피넨과 산림향의 주종을 이루는 보닐 아세테이트 ,3-카렌이 많이 들어있어 특유의 산림향을 천연 그대로 느낄 수있으며 오랫동안 약용 및 구황 식물로 전해 내려온 소나무나 외래수종인 편백 나무에 비해 무독성이다.식물에서 정유를 추출하는 방법은 기원 전부터 내려오는 방법으로 ,정유의 대부분은 물에 녹지 않으므로 수증기 열에 의해 향기성분이 변화 되지 않는 수증기 증류 방법이 보편적이다..정유의 증기압과 물의 증기압의 합이 증류 가마내의 압력과 일치 하게 되면 정유는 수증기와 함께 비등 하여 유출하게 된다.물에 불용인 분자량이 큰 물질을 물과 섞으면 이 혼합물은 100℃ 보다 약간 낮은 온도에서 끓기 시작하므로 상당히 온화한 조건에서 증류할 수 있게 된다. 현대에 와서는 초임계 추출 등 발전을 거듭하고 있다. 수목 정유는 침엽수가 활엽수에 비해 많이 함유 되어 있으나 추출부위가 목부,가지,잎 등으로 산림을 훼손할 수 밖에 없는 실정이다. 또한 일상에서 스프레이를 사용하는 빈도가 냄새 제거용의 조합향이 주종을 이루고 있고 사용 범위 또한 건강기능까지 생각 하는 연구가 활발 햐게 이루어 지고 있으나 일부 기능에 국한 되어있어 그 효능이 만족스럽지 못한 실정이다.The present invention relates to phytoncide sprays containing essential oils or hydrosols extracted from the conifers of pine trees, and to a method for manufacturing the same.
