Claims (1)
- 태양전지 셀과, DC 필터, 3상 DC/AC 컨버터 및 3상 AC 필터를 구비하고 태양전지 셀에서 출력되는 직류전압을 교류전압으로 변환시켜 부하 및 유틸리티에 공급시켜 주는 태양광 발전 시스템용 3상 전력변환기의 제어장치를 구성함에 있어서,상기 3상 AC 필터에 설치되어 있는 변류기들을 통해 검출되는 3상 출력전류(Ia, Ib, Ic)에 POS MPPT 제어법을 적용하여 정격전류(Iarms, Ibrms,Icrms)를 산출해 내는 POS MPPT 제어부와;상기 부하로부터 저주파 대역의 신호만을 통과시켜 주는 대역 여파기와;상기 POS MPPT 제어부에서 출력되는 정격전류(Iarms, Ibrms,Icrms)의 위상을 상기 대역 여파기에서 제공하는 위상에 일치시켜 3상 기준전류(Irefa, Irefb, Irefc)를 만들어주는 3상 기준전류 생성기와;상기 3상 기준전류 생성기에서 만들어진 3상 기준전류(Irefa, Irefb, Irefc)에서 변류기들에 의해 검출된 3상 출력전류(Ia, Ib, Ic)를 감산하여 그 차 전류를 산출하는 3상 전류 감산기와;상기 3상 전류 감산기에서 출력되는 3상 차 전류(Irefa-Ia, Irefb-Ib, Irefc-Ic)에 부응하는 제어신호를 PWM 신호 발생기로 출력시켜 주는 PI 제어기와;상기 PI 제어기에서 출력되는 제어신호에 부응하는 PWM 위상 제어신호를 발생하여 3상 DC/AC 컨버터에서 출력되는 3상 교류전압이 매순간 변화되는 태양전지 셀의 전압 및 전류의 변화에 부응하여 최대출력 점을 추종되며 실시간으로 출력되 도록 하는 PWM 신호 발생기로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 발전 시스템용 3상 전력변환기의 제어장치.
