BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a mask for a roller printing machine in which a nozzle is installed. More specifically, the nozzle is installed to guide solder injected by the roller in order to apply solder to a land position of a PCB. Accordingly, the present invention relates to a mask for a roller printing machine provided with a nozzle that solves the problem of having to replace the entire mask by enlarging the solder injection hole formed directly in the conventional mask and increasing the endurance life of the mask.

The roller press is a device for applying a cream-type soldering solder to a land position of a PCB. This solder is discharged to the solder injection hole formed in the mask by the roller, and is accurately applied to the land position of the PCB bonded to the lower portion of the mask.

The roller is moved from the upper part of the mask to extrude the solder and send it to the lower PCB through the solder injection hole. At this time, the salt injection hole of the mask is deformed due to the pressure from which the solder is extruded.

Therefore, the solder injection hole gradually widens due to the continuous extrusion of the solder, which causes a short circuit due to the inability to form a circuit on the manufactured PCB. And because of this, in the conventional case, if any one of the many solder injection holes of the mask is damaged, there is a loss to replace the entire mask.

An object of the present invention is to solve the conventional problems as described above, to prevent the deformation of the solder injection hole even in the extrusion pressure of the solder so that the circuit on the PCB can be formed accurately. To this end, the present invention has a specific purpose to provide a mask having a structure in which a high-strength nozzle is separately inserted into the solder injection hole.

Hereinafter, the configuration and operation of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The present invention is characterized in that in the mask (100) having a plurality of solder injection holes (1), the nozzle (3) in which the solder (2) is extruded in the solder injection hole (1) is installed to be replaceable.

The nozzle 3 is cylindrical and has a structure in which upper and lower outer diameters are formed to be different from each other, and has a stepped structure. When the nozzle 3 is fastened to the solder injection hole 1, the nozzle 3 is supported to support a load.

Of course, the nozzle 3 of the present invention preferably has a higher strength than the material of the mask 100.

In the present invention having such a structure, a general roller printing machine is illustrated in FIG. 1, a mask 100 in which a nozzle 3 is installed in FIG. 2, and a nozzle 3 is illustrated in FIG. 3. A detailed cross section of the installed part is shown.

In the roller printing machine as shown in FIG. 1, a mask 100 is installed on an upper portion of the base 4, and a PCB 5 is installed on a lower portion of the mask 100. The roller 6 of the roller printing machine extrudes the solder 2 to the PCB 5 installed at the bottom while rolling in the rolling motion as shown in FIG. 3.

The solder 2 is accurately applied to the land position on the PCB 5 while the solder injection hole 1 formed in the mask 100 is extruded by the roller 6. At this time, the present invention is characterized in that the solder (2) is extruded through the nozzle (3). That is, since the nozzle 3 is inserted into the solder injection hole 1 and the nozzle 3 has a higher strength than the material of the normal mask 100, even if a lot of solder 2 is extruded, the nozzle The inside of (3) is not worn. And even if abrasion occurs in the nozzle 3 by the solder (2) is generated inside the nozzle 3, there is no problem that the mask 100 must be replaced.

When the nozzle 3 is damaged and replaced, only a nozzle having a problem needs to be replaced, so that the loss of replacing the entire mask 100 is prevented.

In addition, the nozzle 3 is formed with a stepped upper and lower outer diameter is formed, this step prevents the nozzle 3 to rise to the top when pressed down as in the enlarged portion of FIG.

Such a structure prevents abrasion of the mask 100 by the solder 2, and the nozzle 3 does not fall even when a force is applied to the upper and lower portions by the stepped structure.

As described above, according to the present invention, a nozzle 3 made of a material having a higher strength than that of the mask 100 is installed in the solder injection hole 1 of the mask 100, thereby providing a conventional mask 100 by injecting solder 2. Abrasion is prevented, and thus, the solder 2 is precisely applied to the land of the PCB 5, and only the worn nozzles 3 need to be interposed, thereby preventing loss due to replacement of the entire mask 100.
