Claims (6)
- 제어봉 코일의 상태를 진단하는 시스템에 있어서,상기 제어봉 코일과 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 제어봉 코일의 전기적 특성을 측정하는 측정부; 및상기 측정부와 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 시스템의 작동을 제어하고, 상기 측정부에서 측정한 상기 제어봉 코일의 상기 전기적 특성에 대한 측정값을 이용하여 상기 제어봉 코일의 이상 유무를 진단하는 진단부를 포함하되,상기 전기적 특성은 상기 제어봉 코일의 직류저항, 교류저항, 인덕턴스 또는 품질계수(Q-factor) 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 제어봉 코일 진단 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 측정부는상기 제어봉 코일의 직류저항, 교류저항, 인덕턴스 및 품질계수 값을 측정하는 엘씨알(LCR) 미터;상기 제어봉 코일의 직류저항 값을 측정하는 휘스톤브릿지(Wheatstone Bridge) 회로;상기 엘씨알 미터 및 상기 휘스톤브릿지 회로의 작동을 제어하는 중앙처리장치(CPU)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어봉 코일 진단 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙처리장치는상기 제어봉 코일의 종류에 따라 상기 엘씨알 미터가 상기 전기적 특성을 측정하거나 상기 휘스톤브릿지 회로가 상기 전기적 특성을 측정하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어봉 코일 진단 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제어봉 코일 진단 시스템은, 복수 개의 상기 제어봉 코일들을 상기 측정부에 전기적으로 연결하는 하나 또는 복수 개의 디알피아이(DRPI) 카드를 더 포함하고,상기 측정부는, 상기 디알피아이 카드 및 상기 중앙처리장치와 전기적으로 연결되는 릴레이 카드 어레이를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어봉 코일 진단 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 릴레이 카드 어레이는 하나 또는 복수 개의 릴레이 카드를 포함하고,각각의 상기 릴레이 카드는 하나의 디알피아이 카드와 전기적으로 연결되며,상기 중앙처리장치는 상기 릴레이 카드 어레이를 제어하여 상기 측정부가 복수 개의 상기 제어봉 코일들에 대한 상기 전기적 특성들을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어봉 코일 진단 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 하나에 있어서,상기 진단부는 진단 소프트웨어를 탑재한 컴퓨터인 것을 특징으로 하는 제어봉 코일 진단 시스템.
