Abstract

일반적으로 스텐레스 파이프를 사용하여 배관 공사를 할때 보통 나사가공을 하거나 용접을 이용하여 배관공사를 하게 되는데 일반 배관용 스텐레스 파이프는 그 두께가 너무 얇아서 사용하지 못하고 공업 배관용 파이프를 사용하여 배관하고 있다.

본 고안은 두께가 두꺼운 공업용 배관을 사용함 으로서 자재비의 상승과 숙련된 배관공 및 용접공이 필요함으로 발생하는 인건비의 절감을 위하여 발명 하였다. 또한 기존 무용접 연결재는 호경과 각종 형상에 따라 그 가지수가 너무 많아 제조자 입장에서는 과도한 제조경비가 필요함으로 어려움이 많이 발생 하였다.

호경에 따라 본 고안의 연결재 하나만을 생산하고 각종 형상(엘보 소켓등)은 일반적으로 판매되고 있는 나사용 연결재를 사용함으로서 제조의 간편성을 도모하였으며 품목수가 현저히 줄어들어 사용자들의 편의성을 도모하였다.

일반 배관용 스테인레스 파이프를 본고안의 몸체에 삽입 후 그 끝을 확관 시킨 후 판매되고 있는 엘보드의 연결재에 배관한 후 V패킹과 와셔 O-RING을 차례로 조립한 후 너트를 사용하여 조이면 누구나 간편하게 스텐레스 파이프 배관을 할 수가 있다.
