Claims (7)
- 공기가 공급되는 급기관(10)과 연료공급관(20)이 서로 연통되게 설치된 혼합관(30); 상기 급기관(10)의 일단에 연결된 급기팬(1); 및 급기관(10)의 타단에 연결되어 혼합기를 연소시키는 버너연소부(70); 로 구성되는 가스버너 있어서,상기 혼합관(30)에,연료첨가제가 공급되어 혼합될 수 있게 연료첨가제공급관(25,35,36)이 연통되게 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스버너.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 연료첨가제공급관(25)은,상기 연료공급관(20)의 일측에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스버너.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 연료첨가제공급관(35)은,상기 급기팬(10) 측의 급기관(10)의 일측에 설치되고,상기 연료첨가제공급관(36)은,상기 버너연소부(70) 측의 급기관(10)의 일측에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스버너.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 연료첨가제는 천연가스, LNG, LPG, 프로판가스, 부탄가스 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스버너.
- 급기팬(1)으로부터 공기가 공급되는 급기관(10)과 연료가 공급되는 연료공급관(20)으로 구성된 혼합관(30)에서 급기와 연료가 혼합되고, 상기 혼합관(30)의 혼합기를 버너연소부(70)에서 연소시키며, 상기 버너연소부(70)의 화염감지부(50)에서 화염을 감지하는 화염감지방법에 있어서,상기 혼합관(30)의 내측에 연료첨가제를 공급하여 연료와 혼합되어 함께 연소될 수 있게 하여, 버너연소부(70)의 화염감지부(50)에 구비된 화염감지봉(55)이 화염의 이온전류를 감지하여 화염을 감지하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화염감지방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 연료첨가제는,상기 연료공급관(20)에 연통된 연료첨가제공급관(25)을 통해 공급되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 화염감지방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 연료첨가제는,상기 급기관(10)과 연통되게 이격 설치된 연료첨가제공급관(35,36)을 통해 공급되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 화염감지방법.
