A power steering rotary valve for damping is provided to make use of resistant force of working fluid against steering auxiliary force to effectively reduce vibration from a power steering system. A power steering rotary valve for damping comprises a valve body(40) having an oil feed channel(46) fed with oil from an oil pump, and passage channels(41, 42) feeding or returning the oil, fed from the oil pump, to a power cylinder; and a valve shaft(30) rotatably coupled in the valve body and having a channel groove(33a) opening and closing a channel of the valve body. The valve body includes an oil return channel(43), in an inner circumference thereof, which guides a fluid returned from the power cylinder to an oil tank(T). The valve shaft includes an oil feed groove(33a), which guides the oil from the oil feed channel to the oil return channel, and an orifice defining grooves(33b, 33c), which define a narrow channel of the fluid returned from the oil return channel.
