Claims (4)
- 막모듈 및 운전 조건이 특정된 막여과 플랜트의 안정 운전시의 최대 유속을 추정하는 방법으로서,상기 막여과 플랜트의 피처리액과 막모듈의 막을 사용하여, 상기 막여과 플랜트의 초기 막여과 특성의 측정치 A 를 얻는 공정과,상기 막모듈 및 운전 조건과 동일 또는 근사한 막모듈 및 운전 조건인 복수의 기설 막여과 플랜트의 안정 운전시의 최대 유속값을 얻는 공정과,상기 복수의 기설 막여과 플랜트의 피처리액과 막모듈의 막을 사용하여, 상기 복수의 기설 막여과 플랜트의 초기 막여과 특성의 측정치 B 를 얻는 공정과,상기 기설 막여과 플랜트의 최대 유속값과 측정치 B 의 관계에 기초하여, 상기 측정치 A 로부터 상기 막여과 플랜트의 최대 유속을 추정하는 추정 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 추정 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 추정 공정은, 상기 초기 막여과 특성의 측정치 B 의 로그값과 상기 최대 유속의 관계를 식 또는 그래프로 나타내고, 그 식 또는 그래프에 상기 측정치 A 를 외삽 또는 내삽하여 상기 막여과 플랜트의 최대 유속을 추정하는 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 추정 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 운전 조건이, 적어도 여과시간 또는 막세정 패턴의 조건을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 추정 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중, 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기의 초기 막여과 특성이, 정압 단순 여과 저항, 정량 단순 여과 저항, 세정 부가 정압 여과 저항, 및 세정 부가 정량 여과 저항으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 추정 방법.
