Claims (8)
- 내부에 작동유체가 수용되는 실린더;일단은 상기 실린더의 일측에 삽입되고, 타단은 상기 실린더의 외측으로 인출된 피스톤 로드;상기 실린더의 내부에 설치되어 상기 실린더를 구획하며 상기 작동유체의 흐름을 제어하는 피스톤 밸브; 및상기 작동유체의 흐름을 제어하는 바이패스 밸브를 포함하는 쇽업소버.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 바이패스 밸브는 상기 피스톤 로드에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 바이패스 밸브는 일단이 상기 실린더의 외측으로 인출되며 타단이 상기 실린더의 내측에 삽입된 제1피스톤 로드;일단은 상기 제1피스톤 로드의 외면과 접촉되게 삽입되는 관형태로 일측에 제1바이패스 유로를 갖는 관부를 형성하고, 타단은 상기 피스톤 밸브가 설치된 제2 피스톤 로드;상기 제2피스톤 로드의 내부에 형성되어 상기 관부와 연통되는 유로; 및상기 관부에 설치되어 제2바이패스 유로를 형성하는 플런저를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 제1,2 피스톤 로드는 마주 보는 면에 각각 탄성부재가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 탄성부재는 링 형상의 판스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 제1피스톤 로드의 단부와 관부에는 상기 판스프링이 고정되는 고정부재가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 고정부재는 상기 판스프링의 중심부가 끼워지도록 일측이 돌출되게 돌출부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 돌출부는 상기 판스프링이 끼워진 후 리벳팅 된 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버.
