Description
Claims (10)
- 단위전지로서 원통형 전지를 사용하는 전지모듈을 제조하기 위한 스페이서로서, 원통형 전지의 외면에 대응하는 다수의 반 원통형 전지 수납부가 장방형 프레임의 양쪽 대향면에 형성되어 있고, 각 전지 수납부는 동일면 상의 인접 전지 수납부와 연통될 수 있도록 적어도 일부가 개방되어 있는 것으로 구성된 스페이서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지 수납부의 상단과 하단에는, 단위전지들이 안정적으로 고정될 수 있도록, 반 원통형의 내부 원주 면을 따라 단위전지의 상단면과 하단면을 향해 돌출되어 있는 덮개가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스페이서.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 덮개는, 전지 수납부에 단위전지가 장착되었을 때, 상기 단위전지의 상단면과 하단면에 대응하여 전지 수납부의 반 원통형 내부 원주 면으로부터 판상의 U자(말발굽)형 구조로 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스페이서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 개방되어 있는 부위(개방부)는 전지 수납부의 중간 부위에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스페이서.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 개방부가 프레임의 두께와 동일하도록 별도의 높이 를 갖지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 스페이서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지 수납부는 프레임의 대향면에 형성되어 있는 전지 수납부와 연통되는 관통구('제 1 관통구')를 포함하고 있고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스페이서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 프레임의 동일면 및 대향면에서 서로 인접한 4 개의 전지 수납부들이 교차하는 부위에 수직 관통로가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스페이서.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 수직 관통로 에는 단위전지들의 온도를 측정하기 위한 써미스터를 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스페이서.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 써미스터가 설치되는 수직 관통로는 다수의 개방부 중 프레임의 대향면들이 상호 연통되도록 천공되어 있는 개방부에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스페이서.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 스페이서를 포함하는 것으로 구성된 전지모듈.
