Description
Claims (12)
- 전극조립체;상기 전극조립체를 수납하는 내부공간이 형성되고, 상기 내부공간의 양 측면과 전면(前面)에 외측으로 연장된 측면잔여부와 전면잔여부가 형성되며, 상기 전면잔여부는 상기 내부공간이 형성된 방향(이하 '상방'이라 함)으로 접힌 외장재; 및상기 외장재의 전면(前面)에 세워지며, 상기 전극조립체의 두 전극에서 각각 인출되어 상기 전면잔여부를 통해 상기 외장재 외부로 노출된 부분이 하방으로 절곡된 전극탭에 전기 접속된 회로기판을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 측면잔여부도 상방으로 접힌 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 측면잔여부와 상기 전면잔여부가 만나는 부분은, 상방으로 접힌 상기 전면잔여부 내측 또는 외측에 접하도록 접혀 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 측면잔여부와 상기 전면잔여부가 만나는 부분은, 상방으로 접힌 상기 측면잔여부 내측 또는 외측에 접하도록 접혀 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 회로기판의 후면에 형성된 접속단자는 상기 전극탭의 전면(前面)에 접합된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극탭 중 상기 외장재 외부로 노출된 부분이 하방으로 절곡되는 절곡부는 상기 전면잔여부의 선단에 대응되는 부분에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극탭의 선단은 전면에서 볼 때 상기 외장재의 영역 내에 한정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전지는 대략 직육면체 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 전극조립체 제조 단계;외장재에 상기 전극조립체를 수납하는 내부공간을 형성하는 단계;상기 외장재의 상기 내부공간에 상기 전극조립체를 수납하고, 상기 외장재의 양 측면 및 전면에 형성되는 측면잔여부 및 전면잔여부를 각각 열융착시키는 단계;상기 외장재의 전면잔여부를 상방으로 접는 단계; 및상기 전극조립체의 두 전극에서 각각 인출되어 상기 전면잔여부를 통해 상기 외장재 외부로 노출된 전극탭을 회로기판에 전기 접속하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 외장재의 전면잔여부를 상방으로 접는 단계에서, 상기 전면잔여부와 함께 상기 측면잔여부를 상방으로 접되, 상기 측면잔여부와 상기 전면잔여부가 만나는 부분은 상기 측면잔여부 또는 상기 전면잔여부의 내측 또는 외측에 접하도록 접는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 회로기판에 상기 전극탭을 전기 접속한 후에, 상기 외장재 외부로 노출된 전극탭 부분을 하방으로 절곡하여 상기 회로기판을 상기 외장재 전면에 세우는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 외장재 외부로 노출된 전극탭 부분을 하방으로 절곡한 후에, 상기 외장재 전면에 세워진 회로기판에 상기 전극탭을 전기 접속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지의 제조방법.
