Abstract

1. 고안이속한기술분야: 아파트나 일반주택의경우 방바닥에 보일러를 설치시 보일러호스나 통파이프를 깔고 그위에 세멘트로 마무리작업을하는데,본고안은 이런노동력을덜고 재활용품을 이용한 보일러호스덮게 또는 판넬이라하겠다
2. 고안의목적:일반주택등 방바닥에 보일러호스를 깔고난뒤 세멘트로 마무리 작업을하여왔으며 이로인해 방바닥의 세멘트가 다 굳어져야 사람이들어가 잘수있었으나 본고안은 판별식이라 호스위에 판넬만깔면 시공또한간단하고 시공이끝난뒤 바로 생활할수있으므로 아주 편리하다.

4. 고안의효과: 본 고안은 사출성형도가능하며 고무제품,MDF 즉 톱밥을 압착한제품, 종이압착제품 등으로 제조되여 재활용은물론 힐과힐사이의 간격이 원만하여 보일러가 작동되었을때 방바닥에 깔려있는 호스와호스 간격에 상관없이 일정한온도로 유지됨

[도2]는 보일러호스덮게 평면도이고 [도3]은 정면도이다
[종래기술의문헌]
종래에는 방바닥에 보일러호스를깐뒤 세멘트로 마무리를 하였으며 하루정도지난뒤 방바닥의 세멘트가 완전히굳었을때 생활할수있었으나 본고안은 호스를깐뒤 덮게만 덮으면되므로 바로생활할수가있다
본고안은 프라스틱성형,톱밥압착성형,종이압착성형,고무압착성형등 여러가지 재료로 압착성형가공할수있으며 특히수명이 다한후에도 재활용할수있으며 가격이저렴하며 대량생산할수가있고 시공이간편하며 종래의세멘트 공법은 상당한 노동력과 그 세멘트가 다굳어야 방에들어갈수있었으나 본고안은 그런단점을 완전해결했으며 수명또한 거의 영구적이라할수있겠다
본고안은 시공이간편하며 특히[도2]의2와같이 힐과힐사이가 충분하여 보온이 일정하다

본제품은 방이크고적고의 상관없이 시공이간편하다.방이크면 본제품을 많이 깔면되는것이고.일반톱으로도 절단이 잘되기때문에 부족한부분은 절단하여 채워주면 그만이다.
