Abstract

An ultrasonic resin impregnating device of a filament winding machine is provided to produce filament winding products of good quality by making the inside of a fiber roving impregnated with a resin by use of ultrasonic waves. The ultrasonic resin impregnating device makes a fiber roving(7) impregnated with a resin(6) evenly by attaching a supersonic generating device(4) to a resin impregnating device of a filament winding device. An ultrasonic oscillation frequency control device for changing the ultrasonic oscillation frequency of the ultrasonic generating device(4) according to the viscosity of the used resin and the winding speed is attached to the ultrasonic resin impregnating device. The ultrasonic wave generating device(4) is inserted into a roller(3) or a bath(3).
