Description
Claims (15)
- Rani 단백질, 이를 코딩하는 유전자, 또는 이와 기능적으로 동등한 변이체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 세포사멸 조절제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Rani 단백질, 이를 코딩하는 유전자, 또는 이와 기능적으로 동등한 변이체는 Rani 단백질의 HECT 영역과 관련된 것을 특징으로 하는 세포사멸 조절제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 세포사멸의 과다 활성과 관련된 질병의 치료 또는 예방용인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포사멸 조절제.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 세포사멸의 과다 활성과 관련된 질환은 퇴행성 뇌신경계 질환, 뇌졸중, 자가면역질환인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포사멸 조절제.
- Rani 유전자 또는 단백질 발현 억제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 암의 치료 또는 치료보조제.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 억제제는 암세포의 항암제에 대한 민감성을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 암의 치료 또는 치료보조제.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에서, 상기 억제제는 센스가닥 및 안티센스 가닥을 포함하는 이중가닥 분자로서, 상기 센스가닥은 서열번호 1 또는 2로부터 선택되는 표적서열에 상응하는 라이보뉴클레오타이드 서열을 포함하며, 상기 안티센스 가닥은 상기 센스가닥에 상보적인 라이보뉴클레오타이드 서열이며, 상기 이중가닥 분자는 Rani 유전자 및 단백질의 발현을 방해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암의 치료 또는 치료보조제.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 이중가닥 분자는 서열번호 3 또는 4의 서열인 것을 특징으로 하는 암의 치료 또는 치료보조제.
- Rani 유전자 또는 단백질 발현 억제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 세포사멸의 과소 활성과 관련된 질병의 치료 또는 예방에 유용한 약학적 조성물.
- 제 9 항에서, 억제제는 센스가닥 및 안티센스 가닥을 포함하는 이중가닥 분자로서, 상기 센스가닥은 서열번호 1 또는 2로부터 선택되는 표적서열에 상응하는 라이보뉴클레오타이드 서열을 포함하며, 상기 안티센스 가닥은 상기 센스가닥에 상보적인 라이보뉴클레오타이드 서열이며, 상기 이중가닥 분자는 Rani 유전자 및 단백질의 발현을 방해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 센스 가닥은 서열번호 3이며, 상기 안티센스 가닥은 서열번호 4의 서열인 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 세포사멸의 과소 활성과 관련된 질환은 암인 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 유효성분으로서 항암제와 조합으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.
- Rani 유전자 또는 Rani 단백질의 발현, 또는 Rani 유전자의 변이 검출 수단을 포함하는 세포사멸관련 질환 진단용 키트.
- Rani 유전자의 발현 조절물질, Rani 단백질의 발현조절물질, Rani 단백질의 기능조절물질로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 물질을 스크리닝하는 방법에서, 상기 물질은 합성 또는 유전자 재조합 기술에 의해 얻어진 물질, 천연 유래의 물질 또는 그들의 유도체인 물질로서, 상기 물질을 (1) Rani 유전자의 전사 제어 영역 및 Rani 유전자 또는 리포터(reporter) 유전자를 포함하는 형질전환 세포 또는 시험관 내 발현시스템과 접촉시켜 Rani 유전자 또는 리포터 유전자의 발현량을 검출하는 단계, 또는 (2) Rani 단백질의 존재 중에서, 표적 분자와 접촉시켜 Rani 단백질의 세포사멸 억제기능을 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 스크리닝 방법.
