Claims (6)
- 복수의 허니컴 세그멘트가 접합재 층을 통하여 상호 접합면 상에 일체로 접합된 접합된 허니컴 세그멘트 대상물과,상기 접합된 허니컴 세그멘트 대상물의 외주면을 감싸는 외주 코팅층을 포함하고,유체 채널을 구성하는 복수의 셀이 중앙 축선 방향으로 서로 평행하게 배치된 구조를 가진 허니컴 구조체로서,각각의 상기 허니컴 세그멘트에서, 중실 셀은 상기 허니컴 세그멘트의 각각의 대향 단부면의 네 모서리 및/또는 상기 허니컴 세그멘트의 각각의 대향 단부면의 각 측의 외주부의 중심에 미리 배치되며, 상기 중실 셀은 상기 허니컴 세그멘트와 일체를 이루는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각의 허니컴 세그멘트의 인접 셀에서 상호 대향 단부면은 충진재로 채워지는 허니컴 구조체.
- 복수의 허니컴 세그멘트가 접합재 층을 통하여 상호 접합면에 일체로 접합된 접합된 허니컴 세그멘트 대상물과, 상기 접합된 허니컴 세그멘트 대상물의 외주면을 감싸는 외주 코팅층을 포함하고, 유체 채널을 구성하는 복수의 셀이 중앙 축선 방향으로 서로 평행하게 배치되는 구조를 가진 허니컴 구조체로서,상기 각각의 허니컴 세그멘트에서, 중실 셀은 상기 허니컴 세그멘트의 각각의 대향 단부면의 중앙에 미리 배치되며, 상기 중실 셀은 상기 허니컴 세그멘트와 일체를 이루는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 각각의 허니컴 세그멘트의 인접 셀에서 상호 대향하는 단부면은 충진재로 채워지는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 축선 방향에 수직한 상기 허니컴 세그멘트의 영역에서 중실 셀의 전체 수는 상기 축선 방향에 수직한 허니컴 세그멘트의 영역에서 상기 중실 셀을 포함하는 셀의 전체 수의 0.1 ~ 10% 인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 축선 방향에 수직한 상기 허니컴 세그멘트의 영역에서 상기 중실 셀의 전체 수는 상기 축선 방향에 수직한 허니컴 세그멘트의 영역에서 상기 중실 셀을 포함하는 셀의 전체 수의 0.1 ~ 10% 인 허니컴 구조체.
