Claims (4)
- 항균 레디믹스트 콘크리트 제조공정에 있어서제 1 단계 : 항균제 미분말은 니켈과원과 텅스텐의 2종금속을 물에 용해 후 850℃±10℃ 내에서 소성가공하여 냉각 후 분말도는 Blain값으로 3,500(㎠/g)±500(㎠/g)가 되도록 가공하는 방균미분말 제조단계와제 2 단계에서는 : 굵은 골재를 단위용적 중량으로( 868~965㎏/㎥) 투입과 잔골재를 단위용적 중량으로 (868㎏/㎥)을 배치플랜트에 투입하는 단계와제 3 단계는 : 보통 포틀랜드 1종 시멘트를 단위용적 중량으로 (223~297㎏/㎥) 투입과 제 1 단계에서 가공된 항균 미분말을 단위용적 중량으로 (15~74㎏/㎥) 투입과 플라이애시를 단위용적 중량으로 (52㎏/㎥) 배치플랜트에 투입하는 단계와,제 4 단계 : 혼화제와 AE감수제를 단위용적 중량으로 (2.44㎏/㎥) 투입과 물을 단위용적 중량으로 (176㎏/㎥) 배치플랜트에 투입하여 혼합물 B를 생산하는 단계와제 5 단계 : 상기의 혼합물 B를 전체적으로 교반하여 항균 레디믹스트 콘크리트를 제작하는 단계들로 이루어져 인체에 무해하고 콘크리트에 균의 생성을 억제하는 효과가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균 레디믹스트 콘크리트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 3 단계의 가공 항균 미분말은 투입되는 시멘트 총 중량의 5~15%를 선택적으로 투입하여 제조할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균 레디믹스트 콘크리트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2단계의 굵은골재에는 순환굵은골재를 투입되는 굵은골재의 총 중량의 10%를 투입하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균 레디믹스트 콘크리트를 제조하는 방법.
- 레디믹스트 콘크리트에 있어서,상기 제 1항 내지 제 2항의 제조방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 항균 레디믹스트 콘크리트.
