Claims (6)
- 【权利要求1】一种C100高性能混凝土,由胶凝材料、砂、石、水和外加剂混合、胶凝而成,胶凝材料包括标号为42.5的水泥和掺合料,掺合料是比表面积为1000-1200m2/kg的活性SiO2,外加剂由聚羧酸高效减水剂和激发剂组成,激发剂是烟灰和煤矸石细粉组成的混合物,其中烟灰是炼铁炉烟囱中的细灰,其特征在于:每立方米混凝土中各原料用量为:胶凝材料的加入量为500~600kg,其中掺合料的掺量为胶凝材料总重量的20%~40%,减水剂掺量为胶凝材料总重量的2%~5%;激发剂掺量为胶凝材料总重量的1~5%;同时控制每立方米的重量配合比为:水/胶凝材料即水胶比:0.24-0.28;砂率: 34-40%;水泥: 400-500kg/m3;掺和料: 100-200kg/m3;减水剂: 10-30kg/m3;砂: 600-750kg/m3;石: 1000-1100kg/m3;激发剂: 5-30kg/m3。
- 【权利要求2】根据权利要求1所述的C100高性能混凝土,其特征在于:上述聚羧酸高效减水剂的含固量为18%~30%,减水率为30%~45%。
- 【权利要求3】根据权利要求1所述的C100高性能混凝土,其特征在于:上述42.5水泥是普通硅酸盐42.5水泥或硅酸盐42.5水泥。
- 【权利要求4】根据权利要求1所述的C100高性能混凝土,其特征在于:上述掺合料中有硅粉、粉煤灰和矿渣粉三种组分,上述三种组分的重量比为:1:(1~3):(1~3)。
- 【权利要求5】根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的C100高性能混凝土,其特征在于:上述激发剂的比表面积为600±50m2/kg,混合物中含有占总重量50-70%的烟灰和30-50%的煤矸石细粉。
- 【权利要求6】一种权利要求1或2或3或4任意一项所述C100高性能混凝土的配制方法,其特征在于有以下步骤:将砂、石、水泥、掺合料、外加剂放入强制式搅拌机搅拌5秒钟,加水后再搅拌180秒出料。
